While she wasn't exactly what I was looking for, she was EXACTLY what I needed to get through my daughter's first birthday. Yvonne and her crew were BEYOND what I envisioned. They were so helpful and executed everything I wanted to the T and more. They managed my OCD extremely well and gave so many beautiful add ons and extras that I truly know my party would've lacked without her expertise and help. I miss connecting with Yvonne now, but I know that we'll get together for another party soon. :)

I am pretty upset that even with Covid canceling my wedding that the owner of MIA Party Creations…read moredidn't have a heart to give back my $500 deposit. I came to her in September 2019, my wedding was suppose to be June 28th 2020. The INVOICE says non refundable. But due to Covid 19 which was out of my hands and out of hers - she didn't have a heart to give back my deposit. Every other vendor gave back all deposits without even a blink of an eye because Covid was effecting everyone. Covid was an "act of god". When I had a conversation with the owner I was called "hunny" and was belittled and felt she was being condescending. She continued to make remarks such as "time is money sweetie" "let's not get it twisted I'm done here" and states the following: "ok np as ypi said you will not neededing about services by your choice not ours so ypu officially have canceled our non- refundable contract" Canceling the non refundable contract when I was having a conversation about finances and how I don't have any future events planned. She stated I could use the $500 on a future event, but with the hole Covid has put me in even year later I couldn't even fathom spending money on a party when I loose sleep at night how I am going to put food on the table for my children. I shouldn't have to either loose my $500 OR have to spend more money in the future to use up that $500. Even when I have tried to think of another party to use it up i contacted her about using the $500 she wanted me to pay an additional $300 towards a service because her pricing has went up. I have even helped her with projects and crafts for her events in the past. I considered her a crafty knowledgeable friend. In our conversation via text she even went out of her way to put down the projects I have went out of my way for her in the past: Stating: "The t shirts you made the letters fell apart" "No one really cared for for them" She came to me I went to her vise versa.for ideas and crafts. I feel very upset that she couldn't see Covid as an act of god and she keeps referring to her "invoice" that states no refunds applicable on deposit payment". No one asked for Covid or their dream wedding to be canceled in order to keep loved ones safe. I had to accept that my wedding HAD to cancel. I am IN HOPES that Mia Party Creation can come to an agreement.

We saw the Spidey and Little Mermaid character performers at a local community event and my…read moredaughter had an absolutely magical time. Her favorite princess is Ariel, and she happened to be wearing her Little Mermaid dress that day; it was a total coincidence, but it made the moment even more special. She was starstruck meeting the characters, especially when Ariel pointed out her dress. What really stood out was when we were leaving and my daughter started getting upset about not wanting to go, the Little Mermaid noticed and called her over for a hug. Such a small thing, but it completely turned her mood around and saved us from a meltdown on the way out. This is the second year in a row we've seen their characters at an event, and both times have been wonderful. My daughter still talks about meeting characters from last year's event a full year later. The performers are patient, warm, and genuinely seem to love what they do. If you're looking for entertainment for a kids' event, I'd highly recommend them. They clearly know how to connect with little ones and make the day feel special. Thank you Royal Events!

They are incredibly friendly and so good with the kids. It doesn't matter if the kid is super Shiro going they are able to meet the kids level and get them engaged. Fraudulent business! Kiana promised me a beautiful display for months of planning an event. The…read moreweek of my event, she was suddenly very hard to get in touch with. On the morning of, I got a phone call from Kianas phone but it was her "mother" claiming Kiana was in an ambulance headed to the hospital and could not do the event. She owes me $525 back. When I demanded my money back, her "mother" texted me saying that I'm an awful person. Back when I paid, Kiana told me that her PayPal account wasn't working so I had to pay on Zelle. Her PayPal likely wasn't working because it had been shut down due to bad business and scamming customers! I had a bad feeling and should have trusted my gut. Do not fall for this scam. Since then, she has blocked me on social media. Fraud! Do not book or pay any money to her!
