Anne from the main office was great about getting in contact with me before to let me know when the crew would be coming through for delivery and all of the pre-event details. On the day of, Pat & the crew came through right on time during the delivery window and were set up in less than 30 minutes!! In covering all the aspects of the party I thought about the possibility of weather issues. So I decided a tent would be the solution. I called around for a couple of quotes but after speaking to Justin from Magnif-A-Tent I knew I was heading in the right direction. When the guest list was completed we had 125 guests coming. Not being exactly sure of what size tent we would need, Justin came to my house to measure out the yard to find the best location and to see how big a tent we would need. He laid out a plan for a 30 x 60 tent with an adjoining 20 x 20 tent for a dance floor, and for good measure a 10 x 10 tent for the DJ. Justin and his crew showed up Friday morning and spent 7 hrs setting up these tents along with tables, linens and chairs. Saturday morning it was raining and Justin and another fellow showed up early in the morning to double check that everything was perfect and we would have no problems. The party began and the weather cooperated as best it could. Party was fabulous and went off without a hitch because of Magnif-A-Tent. Do I recommend them. Well if you have to ask then you haven't read this review. If I every need a tent there's only one number I'll call.

While they did do a…read moregreat job setting up the tent and it looked great, the 1 star review is in relation to their customer service and misleading staff... We made a reservation order which included 2 generators ($700 each) at the recommendation of Lori when explaining the layout. Multiple times we were told that adjustments can be made until day of event so let's just "reserve it for now". Fast forward we did not in fact need 2 generators, only 1. I emailed Lori asking if we can adjust our reservation to only 1 generator, to which I was told "yes no problem we can do that for you". However, they still charged the $700 for it and did not deliver it. I followed up 3x via email regarding a reimbursement and I did not get a response. I called 1 month after event to try and speak to Lori, but had to speak to a different agent instead. Then I was told that "just because the email said no problem doesn't mean you'd get the money back". The company is misleading and avoidant. I highly recommend AVOIDING Camelot and using a different rental company that values customer service a bit more than Camelot.
