We hired Dina to be our wedding planner and it was the single best decision we made for our wedding. We called a few different vendors and Dina immediately stood out because she was the only one who was willing to actually give us a true consultation to ensure we were on the same page with what we wanted. She also didn't require us to pay her any money up front. In fact, she didn't request any money from us until maybe a month or two in? And even then, it was a tiny deposit. Point is, her vibe is that of someone who understands the stress of wedding planning for the bride and groom so she makes you feel like she wants to earn your trust and do everything right before she asks for your business. Leading up to the wedding, friends and family would ask us if we were stressed or ask us how the wedding planning was going. Our answer would always be, "you know what... we don't have anything to do lol." And that was the truth. Dina made the entire process come together so seamlessly for us, during a pandemic no less, when so many vendors were backed up. When we saw the venue in it's final form for the first time, our jaws dropped. Even to this day we love recalling comments from guests on how beautiful the venue was. During the actual wedding, she stayed the WHOLE night for us and even brought an assistant. Leading up to the wedding we were not expecting that! She helped to orchestrate the whole night between guest seating and working with restaurant staff. Simply put, Dina's communication was on point. Her work ethic blew us away. The way she found and discussed vendors with us made us completely trust her with the process of pulling our vision together. Her fees were criminal to the point we had to tip her almost $500 more just so we didn't feel like we were robbing her of her time and effort. We've already jumped at the opportunity to recommend her to friends/family that are embarking on their wedding planning journeys. I don't write many reviews, but had to for Dina. Dina and her team did an excellent job creating a dream teddy bear themed baby shower in Saratoga. I had a vision but she most certainly has the talent to bring it all to life. She took care of every single detail and was there the day of the event with her assistant to coordinate and make sure that the 5 hour event ran smoothly. Dina was fantastic. She planned and coordinated all the work that went into the celebration of life of my sister. It was an outdoor event that required tables, chairs, a portable PA system along with a DJ, food and drinks. She helped us with a memory book and sign. This has been a long time coming. Losing a loved one is one of life's toughest experiences and my brain was not up to putting together a service, so I found Dina and she helped me to plan my husband's celebration of life. She was courteous, responsive, attentive, and had some great ideas. There were some little miscommunications, which that happens, we are all human. I had to be the one to remind her of certain details, but that was okay because she handled so much. She had a great attentive staff during the actual service. Her assistant went above and beyond by going to a store to pick up something in order for us to play the slideshow. The bartender she found was amazing, so sweet and everyone loved him. The wait staff was on top of picking up any dirty dishes from the guests and there to keep everything flowing. They set up everything. Dina and her staff were there the whole time and even left the chairs/tables for us after the event was over for any lingering guests. Dina, showed so much compassion for my loss and was very sweet to gift us a chocolate dessert platter and a beautiful homemade candle, she also provided some additional touches to add to the decorations. During the actual event she didn't bombard me with questions, but took initiative with anything that needed to be done. I would completely recommend Dina for any of your event planning needs.
