They make excellent food and are accommodating any dietary restrictions you have (kosher, vegan, gluten-free). They are specializing in middle eastern food but often they offer other cuisines (Asian, European etc). I even ordered a few Asian items and they were WOW! We selected Dina's Kosher Catering to cater our sons' B'nai Mitzvah Kiddush Luncheon at Temple Beth Sholom. Since our family is originally from Russia, we wanted to provide kosher meals with a Russian twist for the event. Arie worked closely with us to make sure he could accomodate our wishes. His chef created a delicious "seleodka pod shuboi " (herring under the fur coat), blini with red caviar were perfect and desserts were just amazing. We are so grateful to Arie Mann and Dina's Kosher Catering for enabling us to welcome loved ones and keep them happily and well nourished during our daughter's wedding festivities. For 5 days, Dina's provided all meals for our visiting loved ones who keep kosher, as well as catering a lovely Shabbat Dinner for 55+, including some who were unfamiliar with kosher foods. All of the foods were delicious, and Arie made the process easy! We would highly recommend the crudités platters with hummus, fresh fruit platters, brisket (and I generally avoid beef, but this was yummy), matzo ball soup, chicken kreplach (a big hit, and I would love to get Arie's recipe for the ginger-soy dipping sauce- soooo delicious), salads, cheeses, pita (thick, fresh, fluffy, tasty pita), challah, bagels and other breads, apple strudel, other parve desserts including coconut milk "ice cream" and anything else on the menu. I ordered large quantities, and was surprised at how little was leftover. It is a tribute to Arie's and Dina's skills that no one wanted to waste their food. Arie was very helpful in the planning process. He thoughtfully figured out how to best package the foods for our needs in different situations, including when guests arrived at the hotel, for Shabbat dinner at our home, during the rehearsal dinner and wedding celebrations at different venues, and to prepare to take along while sightseeing and for airplane trips home. He did an excellent job of meeting the needs of the children who were in our group, too. Dina's also provided serving utensils, plates, cups, and even a toveled soup pot and ladles for the Matzo ball soup. I'll share perhaps the two most notable compliments: 1. At the rehearsal dinner, as I was walking past a table of family members who keep kosher, my brother-in-law suddenly held out a fork with a piece on melon on it and said "you HAVE to taste this!!" He has the highest standards, and this demonstrates that Arie is very selective about his fresh produce. 2. A dear friend from Ohio emailed me before Rosh Hashanah, and said "I wish that I could call the caterer who provided your Shabbat Dinner to make our holiday meals!!" It took me a long time to start writing a review about Dina's Kosher Catering. The reason for that is because I simply did not know from where to start. I was honestly impressed not only by their delightful menu, but also their customer service. From concept to execution, Dina's Kosher Catering service was top notch. Throughout the months I was organizing my wedding, Arik offered me a strong helping hand. He always took the time to talk to me over the phone and help me with everything I needed. And since my wedding was performed by a rabbi from Chabad, we had to ensure that the food, wines, glassware, cutlery, etc. was 100% Kosher. Let me add that Arik and Dina are truly knowledgeable of the Kosher laws. Arik also helped me finding suppliers that, like Dina's Kosher Catering, offered me five-star services, including the Kosher cake supplier (HaveYourCake.org) and our fabulous and talented event planner (Anabel from Events by Anabel). Now let's talk about food: Arik and Dina came up with a mouthwatering menu that included options for friends and family members that are both gluten and dairy intolerant. They brought a complete tasting menu to our house and delivered a few wine bottles for my husband and I to try. To this day, every time I talk to my mom, she spends a good time of our conversation praising the wedding catering. Although I have managed corporate events and VIP dinners for Petrobras, planning my own wedding was probably one of the toughest jobs I had. Um... the food was DELICIOUS!!! Dina and her staff were a pleasure to work with. They worked within our budget and gave us exactly what we wanted. And they made A TON of food! They considered 100 people a small event, so they can handle large parties. It was everything we ever wanted for our Jewish wedding--tons of mouthwatering Middle Eastern food. The staff was a joy and exceedingly patient and helpful. Prices were very reasonable and they worked with our budget. We had Middle Eastern food--from hummus and pita to borekas to couscous--but I hear her sushi is to die for. We had them cater a wedding (80 people) and a rehearsal dinner (30 people), we were planning it from the East Coast, and there were a lot of complexities involved with the venues -- neither of which was experienced in hosting kosher events -- as well as with wines, beers, desserts, changing numbers, and many other issues. Arie was our caterer from heaven. He was extremely patient, understanding, thorough, and helpful, and went out of his way to anticipate and forestall difficulties, negotiate with the various parties involved, and suggest solutions. His responsiveness and communication, via email and phone, were extraordinary. Everyone at Dina's was dedicated to doing whatever was necessary to make the events a success. In contrary to all comments here, Dina's Kosher did a pretty good job in the past but lately being careless and very unprofessional. They have delivered raw chicken to our board meetings and changed food order without our knowledge, and on top of that, instead of apologizing, demanded payment for the food we did not order. I have given them a second chance but blew it again. The first instance was so unethical. They delivered food and parked right outside our building illegally. While delivering, they got a parking ticket. They were asking for the Federation to reimburse them for the Parking ticket, wow, how could you? read more

Not only was everything delicious, but it was also so artfully presented. We also had to accommodate a lot of gluten free folks and this was no problem for them. We used them to cater a Board meeting held in SF and I was able to successfully and accurately communicate all of our needs for the meeting from our HQ office in Boston. Arie was responsive, attentive, and made several points of contact ahead of the meeting to verify details and make sure things were delivered on time. I also really appreciated that Arie called me the Monday after our meeting just to check in and make sure things went as planned.
