Such a cute little spot, wish it had more seating because I ended up having to take my stuff to-go. Coffee was really good and so were the pastries

This place is very close to my office and one of their perks is that they open up at 7:30am everyday. During summers, they have their patio open other times, there are a couple of tables inside, if you want to dine in or work from here. The staff are very fringe and helpful. I ordered a "Pumpkin Spice Latte" and "Pistachio Croissant". The pastries are fresh and they get refilled every morning.

Unfortunately, my experience at this establishment was not that good. I base my experience on how I was rudely rushed to order and the coffee itself. The shop was relatively empty at the time. Latte 3 of 5 Tasted only the milk, meaning the espresso was very weak and I couldn't tell it was there. For me blending the milk and espresso to compliment both is necessary for enjoyment. When I can't taste the main element then it's unpleasant. It wasn't the worst drink I have had so I will stop at 3 stars. The interior is nice and I'm sure there are some who do enjoy these drinks. The experience while ordering does take away another star however.

Dineen Coffee is one of my go-to spots in Toronto! The vibe inside is cozy and stylish, with plenty of seating if you want to hang out or get some work done, however it does get pretty busy most days. Even when it's busy, the staff is super friendly and efficient. The coffee is always amazing, the espresso is smooth. Also, their pastries? So good. Definitely a great place to stop by if you're in the area and need a solid coffee or a chill spot to relax!

Whenever I pass Dineen it has a ton of people outside with a completely packed interior, and this time wasn't short of that. Let me get this straight, the interior is just stunning. Chic, instagrammable, majestic. Absolutely cafe vibes for sure. The coffee, not so much. I got a cappuccino and it just tasted like milk. Service was pretty rude, which I totally get for a busy day, but they were annoyed that I took 0.5 seconds to choose what I wanted. I also got a lemon raspberry muffin which was actually really good. Tasted like a lemon drizzle cake with raspberry pieces. Super yum. However I don't think I'll be coming back. Way too busy for me, the coffee is sub standard and I don't understand why they are keeping old school hip hop blasting from the speakers. I love Sean da Paul, but not in a cafe.

It's good. It's a large attractive space but when busy it takes a long time for your drink to be made. A lot of people like to sit at the tables. It's a reliable coffee place. They have a seasonal drink menu.

They gave me extra ice when i asked for less ice. Really didnt feel like the cashier or barista acknowledged this. They were really not approachable. Product was alright. Atmosphere has good vibrs

Great spot! Coffee is good and pastries are great, I tried their plain croissant and loved it, flaky and flavorful. They also have oat and almond milk options. There is plenty of seating outside and being in a side street it's fairly calm. Service is quick and everyone there is nice. A little bit of Europe in downtown Toronto!

Cute cafe right in downtown in an older building. Decent coffee and other drinks. There are some pastries as well. Always packed.

Give the people what they want! And what we Torontonians want is more gorgeous coffee shops. This one is right off Yonge St. the natural home for gaudiness and tourist paraphenalia. So Dineen is a perfect oasis for tourist and workers around the area to drop in and go gaga at this spot. Thank goodness it's not just another Starbucks.

Coffee date! Right in busy downtown Toronto core! We ordered a regular latte and a black iced coffee. Simple. Quick. It was busy though. But that's expected on a Sunday morning.

There are four glass-top tables (with vintage books displayed within them) that can accommodate 3-4 people. There are also a couple of benches against the wall in the order pick-up area. Opposite to that is the neat window seating / bench area where I was able to make myself comfortable by sitting cross-legged on the seating cushion. °³ Overhead Venting: Sitting directly under the ceiling vents provided a welcome, cooling AC breeze in the tight space. °″ Basement Contrast: The clean and delicate aesthetic of the upper level sharply contrasts with the dingy, dungeon-like basement and stinky washroom. The stairway separating the two levels functions as an "inter-resting" transition zone--literally residing between the two tiers--featuring an installation wall where a megaphone, briefcase satchel, and a canteen are mounted directly onto a wooden display board. *To be fair, the actual seating area in the basement was aesthetically furnished similar to the upstairs but felt quite cramped. 댄스고 ======== For more content, follow @daenseugo

Walking inside, the warm cosy lighting and long barista/display counter immediately caught our eye. While it was relatively busy, it was also fairly quiet - perfect for those who wanted a quieter space as well as those looking for soft, casual conversation. We were sucked in by the delectable looking strawberry roll cake in the display counter for an early dessert! The cake was light, fluffy, and not overly sweet, balanced with just the right amount of strawberry & whipped cream filling. We also shared a hot, unsweetened matcha latte. The bitterness of the matcha, creaminess of the frothed milk & whipped cream, and sweetness of the cake were a perfect culinary match :) Would definitely come back for another visit!

I know that the ube trend is taking over but PLEASE before you advertise your product as such, DO YOUR RESEARCH and make sure that you are actually serving the thing. I'm Filipino and not only did I feel so offended by how this tasted, I also felt like I should be refunded. First of, the ube mixture was RED. I don't know where you're getting your ube mixture from but ube is PURPLE. The powder was chunky and did not at all taste like ube. Please, I get it we all want to make money from whats popular but take time to educate yourself.
