There is also a hibachi grill bar in the back where customers can assemble their own bowls and a chef will cook them up. There's a wide selection of desserts including ice cream for an after meal treat. I particularly recommend the coconut shrimp. I love how they serve it on the bar. The shrimp is fried up but the sauce is in individual cups so nothing gets soggy and disgusting. Both are kept nice and hot. This is one of the few buffets where I have never gotten anything that should have been hot that was cold. They keep the food here fresh and hot. There is always someone wiping down the service areas and changing out dishes. Whenever I'm in Prattville and have a craving for Chinese I head straight for King's Buffet.
