This restaurant is tucked into a completely nondescript strip mall in upper Bountiful. If you didn't know what you were looking for, you would probably pass right over it! But it is worth the visit. We started with the vegetable spring rolls which were fried to perfection - crunchy, without being overly so. We tried the Thai Basil entree with chicken and the Spicy Mango roll with salmon. If that weren't enough (spoiler alert ... It already would have been more than enough) we also got the Dynamite Roll. Everything was fresh and flavorful with *big* portion sizes! My only complaint was that the mango was underripe on the mango roll. Service was fast enough as it appeared there were only 2 people working. We don't live nearby, but we would happily return. All I had to say about this place was wow! I was curious of what was around me since I am visiting Utah. Came across this spot and was intrigued to try. I walked in, cute small shop. I went in already wanting their Thai Stir Fry with beef. I asked for it to be spicier! Second, I tried two of their sushis. One being the Spicy Salmon roll and their Spicy Mango roll. The freshness in the salmon, the flavors were all there. Sweetness from the mango that balanced out the savory flavors. The stir fry was a massive plate with a bed of rice and meat plus cucumbers. I paid roughly $37 for everything. What a steal! They offer boba drinks also but opted out on that. Cleanliness of the store was great! Service was great also. Over all 10/10. We went to Fresh Sushi & Boba Tea on Orchard in Bountiful last night for dinner. Overall the food was freshly made and full of flavor and the staff were friendly and welcoming. For appetizers, we got the crab rangoons and tempura veggies. They were both delicious, but the crab rangoons are the best I've ever had. I also had a lychee fruit tea boba, which was sweet and refreshing. We got two sushi rolls--the spicy roll and the spicy mango roll. They let you choose your fish (tuna, salmon, or crab) and we enjoyed the tuna. Both rolls were super flavorful--my minor critique is that they could use some crunch for texture. My husband got the Thai beef and rice and enjoyed it. Our bill was about $50-$60 which isn't bad for fresh, hand-crafted food. This place could use more business, so I'd recommend giving them a try. We just recently discovered this hidden gym and bountiful. It's tucked away in a little strip mall, but the freshness can't be beat. The service is great, but keep in mind that all the food is made fresh to order. I had the Thai basil stirfry with chicken, which was excellent. Had just the right amount of heat to it. What a smashing start to their opening. I was skeptical based on the location and the restaurant layout and food presentation, but was wildly surprised when I actually started eating. I ordered the California, Rainbow, and Dynamite rolls. I'm quite picky with my sushi and know that if a place's California roll is good, that's a great sign. And guess what? It was all fantastic. Rolls were served at appropriate temperature, rice was soft and sticky, fish itself was very fresh and pleasant to eat. Vegetables and other ingredients also were fresh and good. The whole experience itself was great-- the prices were really good considering the quality of sushi and how other places price. The service was prompt and friendly-- it seems like a team that enjoys working here. I will be coming back, not just because it's local, but because it's actually good. read more

I love this place! (and not just because it's 3 minutes from my house) The sushi is always fresh and the service is great. Love the varieties of boba too. It's a very casual atmosphere and everything is packed to go for convenience. The owners are extremely friendly & always there. Unlike many food places now, it's not run by teenagers who don't care.
