I am very happy with the experience here and food as well! Coming from a pretty high experience in California with amazing poke I'm glad to come across a place that reminds me a bit of that experience. We decided to do 2 build your own bowls which honestly you can go crazy with your options here and I would suggest getting the crab and crispy onions as well as sesame seeds on top. We also got a kids bowl that was California roll inspired and my daughter left nothing behind. We decided to dine in and were the only ones so it gave a very quiet ambiance. It is very busy otherwise for take out so there are orders constantly going out the door. Staff was very friendly and the only tricky thing about this place will be parking. If there isn't parking in front then your best best is going to a neighborhood street and do a bit of walking.

Cute little spot with yummy poke bowls! Def worth the visit if you are in the area. You grab a list and mark off all the veggie/meat/topping choices. It's so helpful and def makes the process quicker! I love this idea! I wish more places would do the same. The tea is just fine. Nothing to rave about. I would def choose a bowl over tea in my opinion. The tea drinks can be very lacking at times. Sometimes the quality of the tea is inconsistent. Overall, it's a nice quiet place and the service is great!

4/5 for poke & 2/5 for boba. I was so so disappointed in their boba. I got a honeydew milk tea ($5) and it literally tasted like water and honeydew powder... The only thing that made up for the lack of drink were their cute cups! I loved their cute cups, but it doesn't make up for the fact that my boba tasted like water :( As for the poke, it was pretty good! Not one of the bests but can definitely hit the craving. They were priced really well and had great portion sizes. My friend and I got the build your own bowls w/ two scoops of protein ($12.95). The fish wasn't the best quality, but like I said, can satisfy the craving.

The fish was fresh and the bowl sizes were pretty average. Milk tea and everything was great.

This post is only about their to go food. This is my "treat yourself" order. Their bowls are delicious! The seafood tastes super fresh and the overall flavors are balanced. Favorite delivery poke place at the cities.

Honestly I like this place and I would come back because it is quick and affordable (poke in my opinion is a good cheap alternative if you are craving sushi). I would give the poke bowl here a 4/5 and the bubble tea 2/5, so I think a 3 is the most fair. As for the poke I have always build my own bowl. I've only had the spicy salmon protein so I can't say about the others. The salmon is good and I think the portion is fair. I would say though that the food portion consistency is off (guess it depends on the person making it). They have a couple additional add ones like avocado that is an additional $1 which I think sucks (other poke places included that as an option without an additional charge)- but it's whatevers. The bubble tea on the other hand is nahh just okay. It's definitely watery and bitter. I would like it a bit sweeter or at least have the option to choose a sweetness level. I've also found the bubble tea to be inconsistent. The service on the other hand is good- friendly and helpful staff for the most part. Parking is street parking only- I had to park in the neighborhood a couple of times but overall not a problem.

Stopped in for lunch after a long day. I just searched on Yelp for sushi restaurants and the first place I tried looked like a fish ahop not a restaurant so this was my second choice. So glad the first place was a bust because that poke bowl was the bomb!! Thry have bowls with cooked or raw protein. I ended up getting the dragon bowl. The bowl has cucumber, edamame, avocado and eel. The flavors were perfect and delicious. Wish I lived close enough to get a different bowl every day.

This place is great! There are not a lot of poke options near me and I really appreciate something other than hamburgers and pizza in the Twin Cities. Both of the times I have visited Poke House there was no wait to order food which is always a plus. This place has no indoor seating due to COVID and only has street parking. I chose to make my own Poke Bowl and it was fantastic. There are plenty of options and everything tastes very fresh. All of the ingredients come together for a nice medley of flavors in your bowl. If you enjoy fish I would highly recommend experiencing Poke House.

Love this restaurant concept with poke and bubble tea! There are quite a few options for bubble tea and milk teas, you can also create your own poke bowl or they have combination suggestions. You order up front and you write everything you want - from the toppings, to sauce, fish and teas. Super easy. The food comes out pretty fast, I got the salmon with pretty much all the veggies I could add on their with some chow mein on top. The chow mein noodles threw we off because I was expecting it to be something smaller since they called it something else, but it's okay. Staff was friendly and patient with all our questions for our orders. I would come back again if I was in the area, prices are reasonable as well. Fish tasted pretty good, not a super fish after taste at the end so that's a good sign. The bubble tea cups here are so cute too! If you're craving some bubble tea I'd recommend stopping by for that and try some of their poke too!

I took mine to-go so the spicy mayo (got extra) kind of spread everywhere. This is a build your own bowl.

I was so excited to try this place since I mean a poke place within the area, right on! It was good. However I did have some issues with it. They give you a ton of meat which is awesome for the price but the pieces of poke were huge I personally like my poke cut smaller and some of them were not even cubes they were just strips which wasn't appetizing to me. Another thing is they call them wonton chips but truly they are chow mein noodles so that was disappointing. Lastly I prefer poke places that distribute the items throughout the bowl instead of doing little areas with the different items, it makes it really hard to get everything then. I would give it another chance and thought the staff was super nice.

Absolutely unreal. Would 100% recommend this place. I got the Tuna Flame (Raw) and it was out of this world. Do not go anywhere else but here !!!

It seems that in the past year or so, poké places have popped up everywhere. I absolutely love poké, and this place fulfills my need and is close to where I live. It's similar to other poké places-there are tons of options for customization. The fish and add-ons always tastes fresh. I like to custom make my own bowls with salmon and tuna. Customization is super easy and you just need to fill out a menu bubble sheet.

I will also try any ginger shots they have; I just love ginger. And the smoothie bowls are incredible. I always try a different one and have not been disappointed. The shop is super cute and clean. It has an inviting atmosphere with lots of color and plants. And it is a local, family-run business, so even better. They also do events and specials for holidays, like today! We went because they had their Valentine's Day menu available. I got a matcha chia seed pudding, a banana matcha drink, a pink ginger shot, and the double date smoothie bowl. I think they are all my new favorites. The chia seed pudding had a great matcha flavor and wasn't too sweet. The banana matcha drink is tasty with cacao and rose, definitely a treat! The smoothie bowl was amazing. It had a cherry smoothie base with strawberries, raspberries, bananas, chocolate, and coconut. It might be my new favorite. I really hope they add it to their menu. I would highly recommend this spot for a fresh, fruit-forward meal or drink. It is clear that the owner takes a lot of pride in their work, and you can see their mom working as well. They are so sweet and quick, and want you to have a good time. Stop by anytime, but especially during their special menus!

If this company has cameras with audio, I would encourage them to listen back to order 6525 that was placed today, March 19th, 2026 around 5:45 PM. I came to support this establishment because I have yet to do so since the opening, and was excited to contribute to the success of a black owned business. The grounds were clean, and the music was a vibe. I placed my order at the Kiosk, and paid nearly $25 for a $9 juice and $10 smoothie with tax. Both products were wonderful. However, that's not my concern. The service was without a doubt unprofessional and uncomfortable. The man serving the community today began to chat with me, catching up because we were familiar with one another from my previous employer. After asking where I was working now, he began to solicit me with job opportunities within Life Juices and on his own personal product line, offering me $500 to assist him with marketing. (Mind you, this is very similar to the conversation we had when I met him the first time, he let me know then that he's co-owner of Life Juices and also offered me job opportunities.) When I declined, he asked why do "black women" act like this or that (I don't remember exactly what was said) At this point, I'm annoyed and offended. After I respectfully read him his rights, I told him I don't want him to make my juice and I'd like my money back. He randomly referred to himself as a Pharaoh and let me know that he would begin making my order. As I'm waiting for my order, two other patrons walk up to place an order. The man serving took this as an opportunity to poke fun at me with one of them, saying I don't recognize a Pharaoh when I see one, and dapping up the stud. Now, I did my best to be a good sport. They began to joke that I don't even know what Pharaoh means. I decide that I'm not going to pay attention anymore. As I bend down to give my three year old juice, the patron leaned over to ask "do you know what pharaoh mean" I responded and said "it means King". She then returned to the conversation with the man working discussing how women need to do better when they see a Pharaoh (that's just a paraphrase) Now if you get a chance to listen to the audio, I was referred to out of my name during this conversation (meaning the b word) and I'm trying to figure out how did we get here when I just came to order some juice that I didn't even want in the first place- just supporting a local business. SMH I'm so upset, honestly. The audacity of these people to refer to me out of my name in front of my three year old son was so distasteful. The audacity to include this random patron that I don't know to poke fun at any person, but me..? a person who just supported your establishment. All because I declined your advances? If you're reading this, shame on you. Do better.

My plans changed on Saturday, thanks to a three-hour flight delay getting to the Twin Cities from Toronto. When I finally got into a rental vehicle at 1 pm, I decided to drive to West Saint Paul to check out this place. This nutrition studio is next to H&R Block in a huge plaza. I found a parking spot steps away from the main entrance. It occurred to me when I had parked and looked at the storefront that I have been here. It used to be Hangout Nutrition. I was trying to find a place to get healthy shakes and teas with no to low sugar in them back in November 2021. I tried a tea from Hangout Nutrition. It was okay, but it wasn't as yummy as what I get from ZeeV's Nutrition in Toronto. The Bar Nutrition has taken over the space that Hangout Nutrition once occupied. I was immediately greeted by Ashley. I got to meet Tony for the first time, who was working behind the bar with her. The space feels cozier and more welcoming. Ashley let me know that Liz made a lot of design changes. I liked them. Ashley was happy that I knew about Hangout Nutrition. She used to work at another business in this plaza, and would get shakes and teas from this place. She agreed that they weren't as yummy as those from NCN. The cool thing about this second location is that the menu is identical to the one at NCN. It makes things easier. I got the pineapple dreamer tea. It consists of pomegranate, raspberry, coconut, and pineapple flavours. It's essentially a pina colada with a pomegranate-raspberry twist. Tony made my tea. It was awesome. I loved it. Sadly, it's only available till September. I have never sat at any of their studios to enjoy a drink. I did on Saturday, mainly because I wanted to post a few stories on Instagram to help spread the word about this new location. There isn't any guest wifi at this studio yet. However, it's next to H&R Block that I used its guest wifi. I paid with a credit card. You can also order ahead using the Engage app. Sadly, it doesn't support credit cards with a Canadian billing address, so I can't use it. Even though my plans had changed getting down to the Twin Cities, visiting this new studio made my day. Congrats, Liz and Ashley! I had a great experience with my tea, and look forward to trying the shakes and getting more teas. (378)
