I received a few door dings from a neighbor. I called Rick out of curiosity to get a quote, not thinking about actually going through with it. Rick asked for pictures, and gave me a reasonable quote based on what I've provided. I accepted, and it just have been my lucky day, because within an hour of sending them, he was at my place working on the dents! When he arrived, there were a few more dings than I had realized, and other dings in different spots he noticed. We worked out a more than fair deal, and within a couple hours, my 8 year old car had zero dings. I don't think I can express how satisfied and pleased with the outstanding job and service Rick did for my 2015 Honda Accord but I'll try. I sent an email of photos of my driver side door dent for a quote. Later in the evening Rick called to give me a guesstimate quote from the photos. My initial phone call with Rick made me feel right away that I found the right person for the job. He is honest and tells you what to expect and lets you know first and foremost he will only take a job if he feels he can only provide the best outcome for his service. He gives you honest quotes and explains why he does it, this right here is what made me know I found the right guy. The day of the initial appointment Rick came to my home to examine the car to give a more precise quote from seeing the car in person and to see if it could be worked on the same day. Unfortunately after seeing the extent of the damage to my driver side door and location of the damage, Rick felt it wasn't possible to work on it that day, he gave another reasonable quote (lower from initial over the phone quote ) and rescheduled to work on my car via his workshop 3 days later. Day of appointment I dropped off my car in the morning at the workshop and Rick was kind enough to drive me to work (which was 3 miles away from his workshop) . I was stoked cause I didn't need to rent a car while my car was being worked on. End of day Rick was kind enough to pick me up from work and when we get to his workshop, what do I see, my driver side door looking like new again! I was impressed, Rick's level of customer service, workmanship is something that I have not experienced in a long time. He is honest and works on your car as if it was his own. The amount of time and money saved, and experience Rick provided is something I will always remember. On Christmas Day, which was an extremely windy day I had a huge palm frond fall onto the hood of my brand new car. It actually looked like a bowling ball had dented it & I was, to say the least really pissed. Anyway, I went onto Yelp for reviews of mobile dent removal, I requested a quote, which Yelp added a total of 4 requests & within 5 minutes 3 of the 4 said 'I don't do this', the last person to respond at about 5 1/2 minutes was Rick. He said he'd have to look at the dent before committing to it because hoods can be tricky, mainly because of the contours & exactly where on the hood the dent was. Since I was going to be out & about the next day, we met at a gas station between his place & mine. He looked at the dent, popped the hood & with some pretty impressive equipment was able to determine that he could help me, in fact I showed him 2 tiny shopping cart dings & he said he'd take care of them as well. We decided on a time the next morning, he got to my place about 10 minutes early which was great, he immediately got to work, but also advised it could take about 3-3 1/2 hours, which I was fine with. When he was done with the hood he politely knocked on my door for me to inspect, I was blown away, not only did he get the dent out, he noticed a few scratches from the frond & buffed them out as well. Then he removed the door dings & my car looks beautiful once again. I felt the price was very fair, he is probably the nicest service person I've ever met, so much so that my husband said I wish he was our friend, he's so cool I want to hang out with him. Great service. I had an appointment booked for 8pm on a Sunday after contacting a few places and that were closed. Rick came on time at 7:51pm and got to work. I had a door ding remove from my passenger door on my 2018 Civic Hatchback. I watched him from start to finish and I couldn't tell the ding was there after he finished.
