Rick is a craftsman. Removed a quarter sized ding from the passenger side of my Mercedes, and it was no easy task. Apparently there is some sort of metal reinforcement bar in those doors, and another dent guy i went to said this prevented him from getting at the dent, and then a second dent guy said the only way he could remove it was with the "glue" technique from the outside but could damage the paint. So Rick was actually the third guy i went to. I sat nearby as he painstakingly did the job, (without glue but by having the correct tools to go from the inside) the dent actually looked gone after about an hour but he continued to work on it for an additional half hour or so. I was glad he cared so much to go the extra mile. Dent is totally gone, no trace. And the price beat both the other places. Awesome ! read more

I had several small and large dings in my brand new 2018 Ford F-150 aluminum front door from a flying folding table that hit my door during the strong winds we had last month on a camping trip. I've had Rick handle a couple of my vehicles. I'm amazed at the results he's achieved! I purchased a Challenger for my wife, used, with a few parking lot dings and a few dents on the roof. The belt line on the car has a sharp body line that's a magnet for door dings. Rick was able to correct them with the tools I've seen used in the past but he corrected the roof with a technique I've never seen before, pulling with glue on tabs! I was fascinated to watch! He worked and applied his skill until they were gone! No headliner fussing! Just beautiful results! I've had him work on my truck (just an old beater) but he worked a pretty ugly dent out of a door with great results too. I plan to have him work on some of my other vehicles in the future! Before talking to Rick i had contacted many other dent repair guys in Los Angeles , nobody wanted " couldn't " repair the big dent near the door edge , everybody said it's impossible to fix the dent with PDR process and i have to take the car to a bodyshop . There are NO words to describe how satisfied I am with Rick's work. He is a true professional and a bit of a magician. Seriously! I dinged the door of my G63 Mercedes this morning, called Rick, we met at 11:30am in the rain, and I was driving off at 12:20pm. The ding is totally gone and it was pretty deep as I hit it on a sharp edge, even causing a sharp pin sized prick in the paint. I literally have no ding and no paint damage. I've never had a paintless dent removal done and wasn't sure of the process; especially on a high end car with specialty paint. But let me tell you, please do not confuse this professional service with the jokers who approach people in parking lots. No way!
