There are a ton of options for the soup bases and we chose the health one and the Thai style to start with. Then we ordered a bunch of things to put into the soup and also on to the grill. Lots of meat options and lots of veggie options. The pork belly and the brisket were two of his favorite. I personally loved the garlic shrimp for the bbq side. Lots of flavor. There is also a sauce bar that you can make up your own dipping sauces or follow their instructions on the wall to create some more traditional ones. Overall it was a really fun experience.
