Chef Adam made our quarantine experience so much better when we were able to feel like we were dining in a restaurant again! We wanted to surprise our mom with a 3 course meal that she didn't have to cook OR CLEAN and chef Adam made it happen for us. We sent him a menu from her favorite restaurant and he cake up with our own menu, it was delicious. Appetizer was seared scallops over risotto- probably the most delicious dish I've ever had. 2nd course was halibut and veggies with an incredible champagne sauce, I'm drooling thinking about it. Lastly, we had chocolate pot de creme and what a perfect ending to a wonderful meal. Chef Adam ever served us and cleared our plates and loaded the dishwasher. Chef Adam was personable, meticulous, skilled and most importantly made us an amazing meal that exceeded expectations. We were a group of 14 that normally goes to Vegas for an annual trip but because of Covid we decided to have a more local experience. We had a home that wasn't particularly well appointed (dishware, pans) but Chef came prepared, made an amazingly prepared and presented meal and made the entire evening. The guests were blown away by the small extras (truffle!) and the big flavors. Chef clearly has so many years of experience in industry and is a one man machine that completely blew us away. On top of that, he presented the meal with just the right amount of attention to detail and showmanship, without breaking the intimacy of the evening. On top of it all, Chef cleaned up as he went, left the space cleaner than when he found it and paired with the waiter, Austin, made the meal a seamless experience with no hassle on either prep or cleanup either. For my mom's surprise bday we hired Chef Adam for a three-course dinner. It was truly a night we will never forgot, especially our tastebuds! The main course was a puff pastry Beef Wellington which was to die for! Much better than any top steakhouse and the best part it was all within our home. We hired Chef Adam for our wedding in February. He was very attentive and accommodating the whole way. We had many changes and additions and he was always ready to assist. We had an intimate wedding of 25 guests and the food was spot on to what we wanted. He offered choices and also was willing to add in our own special dishes that we chose. We had steak, chicken Madeira and Cajun shrimp. Everyone told us how amazing the food was we also enjoyed it very much. Him and his crew were professional and warm. Had an amazing dinner at a church sponsored event last night in Granada Hills, prepared by Chef Adam Crisafulli. Not so easy to set up a beautiful spread in a church hall but Chef Adam made it look easy. The food was not only delicious but looked so beautiful in the presentation. We had an incredible experience with Chef Adam. This last weekend he came to our vacation rental and prepared dinner for 9 people for my wife's birthday. His food was so much more than we could have ever got out of a restaurant. He called me before the event to make sure everything was spot on for the menu I chose. He took​ the time to recommended wine pairings to go along with each course. He showed up a few hours before to prep and handled EVERYTHING! Chef Adam orchestrated a dream. We hired Chef Adam to design a 4-course menu, cook at our home, and serve for 8 of my co-workers (include my boss's boss) al fresco style. He set out to impress from the very first interaction by telling his story and being in very close contact throughout the process. He created the perfect menu, calling upon Modern Italian and American influences. First was an imported burrata and heirloom tomato salad that was so light and flavorful and the perfect start to the meal which we served with Grgich Hills chardonnay. Then a homemade pappardelle short rib ragu topped with shaved pecorino romano cheese. Rich and luscious flavors that complimented the beautiful texture of the pasta. We served this with a fine Italian Barolo. The main course was a NY Strip Steak sous vide and charred with a beautiful stripe of parsley and basil crumbs, served with farro risotto and some potato crisps. The steak was so flavorful and tender and the sous vide preparation was a new experience for us. We served this was a Justin Cabernet. Chef Adam even accommodated a pescatarain meal by procuring fresh local halibut and pan roasting it with a light salad accompaniment. Finally, the night ended with his Tahitian Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta served with Harry's Berry's strawberry sauce and fresh berries. Overall this was a night to remember. But that wasn't all- Chef Adam prepared everything, set the table, cooked, arraigned a cheese and fruit spread, served every course, entertained our guests, and cleaned up, leaving the house honestly cleaner than we provided it to him.
