The service technician confirmed that the jet pump motor had failed and verified that the replacement jet pump motor is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Given that the failure was determined to be a warranty-covered defect, I do not believe I should be responsible for the diagnostic service charge. I purchased this hot tub with the expectation that warranty-covered failures would be handled without imposing significant out-of-pocket costs simply to confirm a defective component. Charging customers a substantial service fee to diagnose and validate a warranty claim undermines the value of the warranty itself. I respectfully request reimbursement of the $249.00 service fee, or an explanation of why this charge is not covered when the repair has been confirmed as a valid warranty claim. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a fair resolution.

Over and over again, even after a phone call to to re-establish expectations. If you call, they won't pick up or get back to you. In and out within 10 mins for a "full pool service". Never saw them even break out the Testing strips more than maybe 1 time.

As soon as we entered we saw CB with a big tent and a huge selection of Hot TUbs... We met Kenny and he was super super nice.... he caught on to my skepticism of hot tubs as I owned one of a different brand prior. He was so helpful and answered all of our questions.. we wanted to look since we had just arrived at the show so he said tottally fine --no hard sales and we went about our way... but we realized quickly after looking at all the other Hot tub sales at the show that Kenny knew his stuff!! So on our way out we stopped back in, shook hands and he had a deal! He even offered to come out to our house once it was delivered and hooked up to do an orientation for us!! This was awesome!! There were some hiccups with the portion where we needed to schedule for delivery as I sent in a ton of photos even with measuring tapes in the photo -- Samantha had concerns but I told her we would make it happen. The delivery guys Fizz and his team were the BESSTTT!! They were so so nice and did a great job with no issues on our path to the slab. We just had the Hot tub wired by our electrician and I texted Kenny who came out the same day for the VIP service!! Kenny is the BEST!!!!
