Stayed in Vernal for the night so hit this place up. First off, the service was great! And they have the local draft beers available to sample for 1¢ each. We tried eight different ones and found three we really liked. My burger was excellent- cooked medium rare as I requested. It was messy though lol. Definitely recommend the waffle fries. Went there tonight to get burger and a beer. I've been going to this place for a couple years now. I get lunch for my crew there pretty regularly and drop $500-600 per meal. Not anymore. I went in to order and told the waitress I would like to sit on the back patio. She said "I'm not serving you out there. It's raining." It wasn't raining. Also the back patio is covered. I explained as much, then she yelled at me, "I'm not serving you out there. Sit inside." I left, and I took the thousands and thousands of my employer's dollars that I would have spent in this place in the future with me. Nothing great or amazing, just another dive bar basically with fair food. Service was terribly slow waited 15 mins for someone to approach our table we seated ourselves. 6 staff just "hanging out" in the back laughing and joking obviously could care less about customers, establishment was not busy at all only 4 other tables with customers. The beer was good and the only thing to speak of because it came from the brewery behind the building. Burgers where frozen patties and over cooked. Fries where under cooked and mushy. Oh and they up charge $3.00 for sweet potato fries and if you want Cajun seasoning on regular fries upcharge that server didn't bother mentioning while taking orders. Save yourself some money and upset stomach from a bad meal and just go to the brewery to try their beers. They we're closed on Sunday thus why we came here to try the beer. read more

Fried pickles were the table favorite. They were amazing! The green Chile burger was huge and delicious. Salsa was a bit too smoky for me but my husband loved it. Daughter devoured the Mac n cheese bites. A small order was more than enough for her meal. The fries were homemade delicious. read more

Here on vacation. Was excited to see an open pub in Utah. Great selection of local beer on tap (FYI ABV of Utah beer is generally low ~ 4%). They have samples available so you can try before you commit on a pint... or a pitcher. My favorite beer was the jalapeño "She's on Fire" which was awesome. The servers were great and all were willing to help each other's tables so service was great. Burgers can be cooked to order and mine was a perfect medium rare. This is a decent place for the small town. Feels divey and is similar to a bar but you don't need to show ID. The portions are pretty good for the price but the burger itself was just so so. I ordered the mushroom and Swiss and although left full it was not the top quality I was after. The cross cut fries were bomb though. Way better than the fries. read more

This place has friendly people working there and super tasty food. There are peanuts on the tables, several tv's showing the current game and loads of redneck decor. Clearly this isn't the fanciest place in Vernal, nor does it pretend to be. We saw enough camouflage in than we've ever seen on the other patrons. I arrived with three hungry little girls and a husband with fairly selective tastebuds. We ordered the wings and fries appetizer. The wings were spicy with loads of sauce on them. The fries were fresh and crispy. Then, we all ordered burgers, except the 4 year old, who had a corn dog...she loved the peanuts and fries so much that she barely touched her corn dog. No biggie. A corn dog is a corn dog is a corn dog. I don't eat bread, so I asked the waitress if they could make the burger with a lettuce wrap and it was no problem. The burger was delicious...I would have wanted it a bit pink in the center, but the waitress never asked. If you like your burgers a bit more rare, speak up! My husband and I both ordered onion rings with our burgers--best decision ever! Those rings were some of the best I've tasted...and I've had a lot of them since they are my favorite. The bathrooms at this place are a bit dicey and clearly an afterthought. We were appalled at how teensy they were...the women's bathroom looks like it belongs in an old trailer. The sink was about the size of a laptop. Seriously. But, there was hot water, so at least there's that. Plus, you don't go to a restaurant for the bathrooms now, do you? I hate leaving bad reviews, but sometimes the establishment leaves no choice. In this instance, I'm not reviewing the food, as we walked out before even ordering. We came in, and they were busy, and a waitress said to sit anywhere. The only table available was bussed but still dirty. I sat there for about 15 minutes before a waitress came over. She asked if we were ready to order, and I asked if she wouldn't mind finishing cleaning the table before ordering. She snarkly remarked under breath "why didn't we sit at a clean table." She then wiped the table, and I'm not kidding here, she hurriedly swept the table dirt onto my lap. She then walked away without taking our order. Our party walked out after that. read more

Great food! Good beer, nice patio. We shared a Fish dinner and there was plenty of food for the two of us. The Beer batter Fish was very good. I'd order it again.
