We returned later, but the staff used a metal extraction tool very aggressively, causing significant pain. I also had to point out the remaining blackheads individually. When I privately shared my concerns, the response was dismissive and suggested I find another salon. I appreciate that they allowed us to return, but the poor communication, aggressive extraction, and lack of a final check made the experience disappointing. I hope they improve their customer service and ensure extractions are performed safely and gently.

In my experience, the final cost was nearly triple what I was originally quoted.
