I first found her while she worked for a previous company and was extremely disappointed when I showed up for an appointment and discovered she was no longer with the company. I posted on the company's Yelp and got a response from the owner directly trying to get me to continue going to them even though I had no intentions of doing so. Maryann is very professional. Her waxing is painless; and she uses a very good technique. I liked music in the background. You can completely relax and let her do magic. I went in for eyebrow and upper lip wax and she talked me through everything she was doing, what kind of wax she uses, etc. and it felt very reassuring. My services i get with her are Brazlian and occasionally eyebrows. I wont let no one else touch me with wax. Maryann is the best! She loves what she does, is passionate about it, and makes a connection with her clients :) I got my eyebrows shaped and a full arm wax and it was amazing! I've had my eyebrows waxed last year at a different place and they ended up taking a little bit of skin off with the wax strip and it was painful, but that's not the case with Maryann. She is gentle, very meticulous about getting every hair, and no skin came off with the high quality wax she uses. My eyebrows were such a mess but they look so much better now.
