I have been coming here for almost two years now! After every lash lift, I feel like my lashes have been 'brought back to life'. Dramatic, but true! Haha. I'm so grateful for Theresa and her expertise. She is such a kind person and very detail oriented! She will take the time to listen to your needs and you can tell she really cares about her work. This review is long overdue! It's crazy that I have been going to Theresa since February 2022. I normally get the flash keratin boost lash lift (with tint), and my experience has always been excellent. Whether I end up relaxing enough to fall asleep or chatting with her throughout the appointment, she always creates a comfortable and welcoming environment. Theresa is super nice and consistently delivers great results. I especially appreciate her dedication to always looking for ways to improve her craft and staying up to date on techniques that truly benefit her clients. One standout aspect is her method of locking in the lift. You don't have to wait the usual 24 to 48 hours before getting your lashes wet, just 30 minutes. That has been a game changer for someone like me who struggles to keep lashes dry when washing my face or showering. Even after moving (it is a 40-45 minute drive now one-way), I still continue to book with her, which really speaks to the quality of her work and service. This is my third time getting my lashes lifted at EyeLove Beauty, and Theresa is truly exceptional. I've visited at least ten salons, but Theresa stands out as the best. Unlike other salons where my lashes curl straight up like they've been electrocuted, Theresa's technique allows them to curl naturally. I have to thank Theresa for doing such a godly job with my lashes; and just for being a wonderful personal in general. Customer service is always great and hospitable. I highly recommend getting a consultation and beauty services done here. I live quite far from SJ, but every trip is worth it. This is my second time getting a (flash) lash lift, which only further confirms that EyeLove Beauty will be my go-to place! The interiors are clean and sanitized. Staff always wear masks to ensure everyone's safety. I recommend booking with Theresa. She's careful, courteous, and very kind. Yay she reopened finally after COVID shut downs. They're super diligent about disinfecting. She had a sale so I did the cryotherapy butt lift and back hydra facial. Definitely saw the little floaties afterwards in the dirty water. Yuck! Back looks a lot cleaner. I mean, when was the last time you did a deep clean on your back!? This is a very overdue review, I've been coming to get my lashes done with Theresa since 2018 and never looked back! This was when she was still in her little space that she rented in a building and now she owns her own shop and doesn't need to work alone. So happy to be a part of the journey :') Anyways, I used to get lash extensions all the time and would feel so sad when I take them off, only to see how sparse my lashes have become. In 2018, I decided to quit extensions for good and went to get a lash lift done instead. The place that did it for me did not leave me a good impression and the lash lift lasted no more than 24 hours. Desperate and hopeless, I found Eyelove Beauty through Yelp and reached out to Theresa to see if there was anything she could do to lift my lashes more and to fix them. Her specialty is to bring out the natural in you. Make you proud of your natural lashes by lifting them in a way where it looks like you have falsies on. She has had many years of experience. I've never appreciated or loved my natural lashes more! I always get the flash lash 2.0 keratin Botox lift. Prior to that, I just got the standard lash lift but with time, the ingredients were improved and there is keratin in this service which is the best thing you could do for your lashes during a lift. It conditions and gives your lashes nutrients. My tint usually only lasts about a week but the lift will still hold anywhere from 5-6 weeks (of course by 4-5 weeks, I will apply mascara to emphasize the lift more.) Sometimes, they will also do a BOGO deal with the lash lifts where you can bring a friend in to get it done together for a significantly cheaper price for two! When Theresa isn't available, I also really like when Monica does my lashes. I believe she has 2 years experience now, but she takes her time (but still gets it done within the hour) with your lashes to make sure there are no mistakes, she is also detailed and lifts my lashes exactly the way I want. Theresa is your go-to to make you feel naturally beautiful, and I'm so thankful I found her! read more

I've been getting my lash lifts done with Jamie once a month for almost a year now and she never fails me! My lashes have remained soo healthy with the formula that she uses and if anything, I notice that my lashes have gotten thicker and stronger since going to Jamie. My makeup routine is also so quick and easy now!! My lash lift gives me a natural glam look and makes me feel so pretty all the time hehe. Jamie is also amazing at waxes! I got a keratin lash lift and lash tint which was $110. They turned out rlly good and Theresa is super knowledgeable about eyelash care. She made me feel super comfortable while doing my eyelash and we had a nice conversation and it wasn't just awkward, all though I'm sure if I wanted to be quiet, she would've understood too! Amaaaazing service! I have long lashes, but they're straight and pretty blonde towards the tips. I had been thinking about getting a lash lift, when Jaime suggested I come see her at Eyelove. Lemme tell ya, I'm thrilled with the results! The service took about an hour, and during that time, I got to lay on the most comfortable table (memory foam!) covered in the warmest, fuzziest blanket. It had been a long day for me, so that hour of relaxation was absolutely what I needed. As for the actual eyelash perm and color, it was totally painless process. Seriously, just lay there for an hour and allow the aesthetician to make sure your lashes are curled and colored. The curl is supposed to last close to 8 weeks and the color about 6, and I'll absolutely go back again! read more

I got tired of putting on false lashes and curling every morning. My lashes are stick straight so I have tried the at home lash perm and it doesn't work on me. When I came here the first time, the lashes were lifted but the curl was not as apparent as the photos on Yelp. I mentioned this to Theresa when I got home and she offered to fix it for me at no extra cost! She explained that the milder formula normally works, but there have been a few clients that need the stronger formula (like me). So the second time around she did it and they were perfect. I love them. Very reasonable price and I save so much money and time not having to put on lash extensions every morning. read more

Tried for lash lift for the first time and I can't believe these are my own eye lashes!! 1. Super easy to make an appointment, they respond almost instantly. 2. I was so comfortable while getting them done. Between the gentleness of Jaime's hands and the super warm comfy blanket I couldn't help but fall asleep! I've been coming here for lash lifts before the business moved to the new building. Theresa is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. It's nice seeing her business grow, especially with all her hard work. I haven't gone for the past 1-2 years because of the pandemic. I was glad to see that they're still in business after the SIP. I had my lashes lifted and my brows laminated here twice. The lash techs are really friendly and the studio was clean. It was such a relaxing experience I actually fell asleep. My right lashes didn't take well last week but because EyeLove Beauty wanted me to be happy, they made me another appt. to come back five days later for a retry. Theresa does an amazing job with the lash lifts !!! I love her whole concept of enhancing natural beauty and focusing on features that we already have. Lash lifts are amazing it saves so much time and gives you that awake look without putting in the effort. You don't have to curl your lashes or even apply mascara. I love it when you do apply mascara bc you get a more voluminous and lengthened look so easily and the eyelashes don't droop from the heavy weight of mascara! Highly recommend it if you don't want extensions, rub your eyes a lot, your eyelashes droop, or want a more affordable route. The lifts may seem like a subtle change, but a little goes a long way! I can definitely see the difference and have gotten many compliments on them. They last 6-8 wks & there is currently a sale for 2 ppl lash lifts for the price of one until the end of the year. $50 each instead of $90-100 , so bring a friend! Also the whole aesthetic and vibe of the boutique is so cute! Every aesthetician is very friendly and personable :) read more

Amazing!! This is the first place that has actually listened to my plea for lighter colour brows. Monica is THE brow guru. I had my brows tinted with henna and truly am delighted by the result. Saw they had a facial special and I couldn't pass it up. Schedule one with jamie for my best friend and I. I was nervous because I had very sensitive skin and was worried this facial would irritate it. Jamie was so professional and created a solution that fitted me perfectly, no irritating, no redness, and it left me glowing. On top of that I couldn't find child care and they allowed me to bring my toddler (who def was a nosy thing) and they handled everything perfectly. I will def be coming back. read more

I was looking for a place to wax my eyebrows and I stumbled across this lovely gem. I didn't know henna brows or eyelash lifts exist so I curiously tried them. Monica gave me fantastic eyebrows that I never knew I could have and Theresa gave me wonderful eyelash lifts that really saved me from ever needing to use eyelash curlers/mascara/fake lashes to look more put together any time of day. They are always very friendly and accommodating for a walk-in appointment. The salon is hygienic and clean. They also have a very nice selection of gel polish colors, especially cateye colors. I recently had an ingrown toenail (my first ever in 33 years) after my latest visit but the owner was quick to help communicate this with the nail tech doing my pedicure so it doesn't happen again. This made me feel very understood and respected as a regular customer here. The owner also tries to remember the regulars at the salon and always offer a warm welcoming, which is very nice of her. They offer a discount for cash payments, but also accept Venmo (even for tips) while credit card has a small charge. I think their prices are very reasonable and definitely cheaper than the last salon I went to before switching to Pedi Nail Lounge. There is a large shared parking lot in front so plenty of parking nearby. I also like that there is a coffee shop (Blvd coffee), food spot (Chispiro's) and Lucky Grocery store right next door that makes the location extremely convenient for me. 5/5 , definitely recommend if you're looking for a new nail salon

So I will be honest, I was skeptic about this place because of where it is located. Yes, I know a little judgemental. But when you walk inside, it is so cozy and beautifully decorated. It reminded me of something out of pinterest! Anyways, I booked an eyebrow wax, and while I was coming in for my appointment, some ladies were leaving with some beautiful lashes! I mean they looked full blown fake to me. I asked one of the ladies how her experience was and she mentioned how her lashes has gotten longer and more lush since she started coming here and something about how they are honest about what is needed for your lashes. So I asked if I could add the lash lift into it, the lady in front said she would try to squeeze me in. Anyways, she went over the options and looked at my lashes, she told me I would be a great candidate for a keratin lash lift. I have never done anything to my lashes before so I was going to do whatever she told me to do. My brows are very bushy and unruly, so she started on that right away. She made me feel comfortable and always checked if I was okay. Very friendly. She then told me she would start on my lashes and asked me if I needed to use the restroom first (no one has ever asked me that before any service! thumbs up for that) she plays instrumental pop covers in the treatment room it was very soothing, I was a little anxious at first, so this helped a lot. I dozed off during my service and when she woke me to let me know the process was over, I was floored by my lashes. They are so beautiful now, I can't stop looking at them! Came here for the Flash Keratin Lash Lift. The tech was very thorough and went over all the information I needed to know. She told me that my lashes would grow out and the curled ones would stay curled but they grew out straight so about 5 to 8 weeks out I would have messy lashes. She was right, although, it took about 7 weeks to actually look like that. I was very scared because I saw some people didn't like their lashes, but I loved mine. I now know that messy lashes mean growth, and I am happy she told me that. I think I would have had a cow if she didnt tell me what to expect. Anyways, I can't speak for everyone, but I have to say, my lashes were great then good then messy and then normal. I think she said "lifted, semi lifted, messy, and then back to normal" something like that. I would recommend this place because the staff is very friendly and helpful, they know what they are talking about and answered my long list of questions. and the semi permanent mascara was a great touch! So I came here last minute to get my brows waxed & while I was there I decided to add brow henna and a lash lift in too. It seems like those are their specialty. The building is a little strange its inside a building shared with all state and some other businesses. I just needed a brow clean up but all I can say is WOW! My brows looked amazing! I didn't even know brow henna was a thing. The lady in front was very inviting and she helped me even though I didn't have an appointment. It was my first time doing brow henna or a lash lift. I am now addicted! My brows/lashes looked better than some instagram brows & my lashes, they looked ridiculously LONG and THICK ! I still can't get over it. Also, the lady doing my brows and lashes was very friendly and easy to talk to. Even though she had few openings, she made room for me to drop by and get my first set of classic lashes with her for the very next day. Having my own concerns from the previous technician, she was gracious, gentle , and answered all of my questions regarding possibilities of the previous experience, along with reassuring me that if anything had cause an allergic reaction, she'd remove them for me as soon as I had been aware of my allergies. Coming in with all sorts of questions regarding after care, how to maintain them, what products to use makeup wise- she promptly answered everything while getting started, and ensured I was comfortable the entire way through. Beginning of the process she had asked me what look I was going for, we both agreed a less dramatic lash with noticeable curl and thickness was exactly what my eyes needed, and she knew which product would compliment my *otherwise* dull eyes. Her patience with me and how she talked me through the process made me feel incredibly comfortable and assured I had made an excellent choice with a technician. The previous technician had little contact and interaction with me, she just sent me away as soon as she could, but Lynn's passion for customer's safety and satisfaction was above expectation. My eyelashes are very short, but the way my eyes look feel so dreamy like a porcelain doll's! I've never felt more confident about my eyes until yesterday's visit. Someone came out & told me Emy was on her way & just to wait. I then asked if I needed to fill out anything & she gave me a clipboard with a questionnaire. Basic questions about your lash & eye history. Filled it out. Emy arrived a few minutes before my appt time & she introduced herself. Super nice. I told her I like them full & showed her a wispy like set from their IG page. She spent 30 mins removing my old lashes & then an hr & half to do my set. After she was done, I looked in the mirror & I didn't think they were as full as I wanted but then also thought my next fill they'll start to look fuller. It wasn't the style I was use to but it didn't look bad. I felt things poking my eye the first day & later in the evening when I would blink hard, it felt like something was poking my waterline. I thought the lashes just needed time to settle but like I mentioned I've had lash extensions for the past 8 yrs & never have a felt something like this. After a few days I started to look at my lashes more carefully. I had lash extensions under my waterline & that was what was poking me. The glue was very thick to where when I brushed from the bottom up, I couldn't really get the brush to go through the bottom. Then when my lashes started to shed, I saw 2 fans on 1 eye lash. For volume it is 1 fan per lash & I started to realize why my lash line felt sore. Then I also had some lashes fall off with 2 of my real lashes, so the isolation wasn't there. I ended up popping off majority of the lashes myself & then getting the rest removed. I really wanted to like this place & make it work bc of how close it was to my house & overall customer service, but I think they need to go over more training with their employees. They do offer a free fix up to 3 days after your appt but with what I saw happening to my lashes, I figured to just let them fall off & try another place. See pics for examples. Just know lash extensions aren't supposed to hurt or your eye feel any type of discomfort. If they do, then something wasn't done right.

They used to wash your eyelashes before and after to remove any debris, and it was $20. Now, they've increased the price by $5 and don't even bother to wash your eyelashes before or after! Now all they do is dry-wipe your eyelashes with a Kleenex, which is just nasty because it doesn't fully wash off the chemical removers on your eyelash extensions. Recently, I booked an appointment for eyelash removal, and the technician didn't even bother to wash my eyelash extensions with water and soap. She just applied the remover, and after removing it, she dry-wiped my eyes. My eyes were stinging and burning because the technician didn't wash my eyelashes after the removal. All she did was wipe my eyes dry with a tissue. When I told her my eyes were burning, she just told me to go wash my eyes at the sink. The service prices have increased, but the quality has dramatically decreased. I had to pay someone $25 just for them to tell me to wash my own eyelashes -- that's crazy. I would say avoid this place because the quality of service doesn't match the price you're paying. I'm moving on to another place.
