Super sorry for the late review, but I wanted to share my experience! Honestly, everything was super quick and easy. I really appreciated how easy it was to find availability, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I absolutely loved the lash lift/perm I got -- my lashes honestly lasted about 6 weeks, even though I was constantly washing my face and eyelashes. I also got a full face wax, which turned out really well too. I've been to other places where they leave wax residue behind and my skin gets super irritated afterward, but I didn't have that issue here at all. Amy is the BEST lash tech ever! I used to live in San Jose and would consistently go to her every 3-4 weeks. Her retention is impeccable and my lashes were always healthy with her. When I had to move to LA for school, I had to find a new lash tech and after trying probably 20+ new techs later, I still have not found someone even remotely comparable to Amy. My lashes become weak and brittle when done by other people and they will last a week and a half to two weeks max.
