I had a service with a gal who was very sweet. My nails turned out great and I really like them. My issue is with the price.. $70 for a basic acrylic set, no design, just regular gel polish on top. I did not have nails when I came in, so no soaking off, etc. I also had to ask for lotion, which should be included for that price. I believe if this establishment was more upfront with their pricing and stuck with it, then they would be much busier. It's an awfully big space to have just 4-5 nail techs working. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON! I went a week ago for a simple white French tip FILL and was charged $70, which is outrageous. When I asked for a price breakdown, they said it was $45 for the fill and $5 for the French tip design, that's $50 total. Then they stood there, confused, trying to figure out why I was charged $70. Eventually, they added $20 for "length." That makes no sense, I was getting a fill, so the length was already there. Plus, my nails were short. To top it all off, the nails cracked and started falling off after just a few days. The quality was terrible, and the pricing felt dishonest. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. read more

My first time getting dip, and they turned out so thick. When the guy asked if I liked them, I told him they looked a bit thick and asked if he could shave them down. He huffed and puffed and rolled his eyes, saying my nails were too small and if they were thinner they would break off. He also complained about his tool not working. He did shave them down a bit, but overall they are still way too thick and he had an attitude about doing it. Not coming back for dip here. :( read more

Been coming since I moved to AZ July 2022. Vi gets me right every single time but their whole staff is patient kind and talented! I've never been able to grow my natural nails this long and hold the integrity of them at the same time. Clean, fast but never rushed, and my nails can last a month if I need them to. I've been debating trying this place out and am so happy I did! The inside is so beautiful, with marble looking floors and beautiful chandeliers. Their color selection is the largest I've ever seen! For dip alone, which is what I get, they had well over 100 colors. I chose a nude. They showed it to me when I picked it, and after my first dip, which I thought was great because dip can look different once it's on. Even though the place was busy, they took their time and my nails came out flawless. I've never been happier and I will be back. The price is $40 which is the same everywhere I've gone, so why pay for shitty nails, when you can have perfection? This nail salon is a gem! I have come the past 3 years driving from Tempe area. The staff & receptionist is consistently wonderful, making every visit feel like a warm welcome home. Their exceptional customer service is matched only by their skill in nail artistry. Each fullset and design is a masterpiece. I can't recommend them enough! However, my latest visit changed my outlook because I truly feel like I was taken advantage of. I came in for an acrylic fill, almond shape (photo below), with a french tip design. The nails themselves look great; But what didn't look great was the $75 charge for the fill (not a full set, no missing nails). I normally don't question service prices, have been to this salon several times, and enjoy supporting local businesses, but this seemed on the very high end. I was told the fill was $45, the shape was $5, the length (?) was $5, and the "design" was $15. A few things to unpack here: 1. That adds up to $70...not $75. Unfortunately I realized this afterwards and paid the $75. 2. An additional $5 for the length...? This charge doesn't make sense to me as my nails are a reasonable length. 3. Lastly, the $15 "design" charge.... I could understand this if I had flowers painted on every nail, or an intricate design. This was an incredibly simple design that Chong and I even joked about because I don't have the patience to sit and wait for a complicated design to be painted. I got an sns manicure and when I went to check out they charged me to file my nails which weren't that long and to cut my cuticles and to put glitter on the ends not ombré. Only once did they tell me that it would cost $5 to put gel coat on which I agreed, they never told me about the additional $32 of charges that are all part of a normal manicure. Our first time here! When I say "our", I'm talking about five ladies in need of pretty toe nails ! Alvie, the receptionist, was very accommodating and friendly when booking our appointment. The salon was very clean and had a lot of modern architectural designs that put the typical stale looking salons to shame. My nail tech we super friendly and was even great at offering nail polish suggestions. Everyone received a new liner and all tools where in sealed and new bags for each person in the party. They were still setting up some minor things after their grand opening (like tv's, salon menus, etc) so I'll be excited to come back and see the whole finished product. Tips: 1) I don't think all their polish was displayed yet (they opened 14 days ago) but you can ask and they will try to find the color that you were looking for. 2) they have 21 chairs so bring on the nail parties! 3) Hash Kitchen is great for breakfast and is literally right next door read more

This was my second time visiting the salon and I was disappointed again. The first time I came in for a gel manicure and it bubbled/peeled as soon as I got home. This time I decided to try a dip manicure since one of my friend raved about it. Again, I was extremely disappointed. The technician rushed my service and gave very little attention to detail. I asked him to shape my nails and to keep the length but kept going shorter and shorter as the service went on.The dip was chunky and uneven. I voiced that I didn't like it and wanted it redone. No one really seemed to care that I was unhappy with my service and my technician move onto the next client. The technician that was doing my friends nails beside me just told me not to worry about it and they will look better in two weeks when the grow out.. So I left with horrible looking nails and still had to pay full price. I then had to go to the other nail salon in the plaza to get them fixed.
