The best way to see a movie , just lean back & put your feet up & watch a wide variety of movies in luxury seats. There's never a bad seat in the house, so come & enjoy a movie in comfort & style in one of six theaters. The snack bar has hot popcorn, pepsi products & candy to enjoy with your movie. If you missed the first run movies when they came out, now is your chance to catch up in comfort.

My favorite place to go for a movie. Great theaters. Bathrooms could be cleaner, but all in all good staff and great prices

Been to this theater multiple times and every time they are sold out it's like you have to get there an hour before to guarantee your seat.

Ask the Community - Dipson McKinley 6 Theatres

How often do the movies change?

Depends- sometimes they can add a movie every week or two l, then they don't change for a month. I think they change minimum monthly, but when there's a lot of movies out, it's more frequent.

I was here today to see a movie that's not playing elsewhere in the area. There are a lot of screens here, it's pretty busy. The line for popcorn is long enough that it dissuaded me from actually getting any popcorn. the seats are comfortable and check-in was pleasant. Easy parking 3 stars for this large chain. The overall vibe feels comfortable and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful, even if things tend to move at a slightly more relaxed pace than at some of the other locations. Out of all the Regal theaters in the area, this is the one where I've had the best luck with food. If I ask for a specific item, they usually have it available, which hasn't always been the case elsewhere. They also do a great job with their movie selection, showing a wide range of flicks from the blockbusters to foreign movies, and the occasional smaller release. I do wish they had the small tables like the Elmwood Regal and that the location was a bit closer to me, but that's really just nitpicking. Overall, I've had consistently positive experiences here. It's a theater I'm always happy to visit.

With declining viewership & attendance numbers the location closed it's second concession stand, the former spic & span theaters tend to be a bit messy, and the parking lot is a mess. Sketchy at night, and at times the theaters can get a bit out of control with loud & rude customers. Which tends to ruin the experience. On one occasion, while watching the latest John Wick film, my wife had the misfortune of sitting on a wet seat (yeah, it was urine & the trousers were ruined) Other than that, with a little caution, it's fine. Though I think a little more attention to detail & customer experience would go a very, very long way. It has so much potential.

Out of all the Regal locations in the area, this one has slipped into being the weakest overall. The staff experience is very hit or miss. Some employees are attentive and present, while others seem more interested in chatting with friends or sneaking phone time in over helping customers. The cleanliness has also dropped too. It's not dirty to the level of being gross, but it no longer feels well cared for or consistently maintained. The seating hasn't been updated, so it's still the old style, which honestly sums up what feels off about this location. It feels stuck in the past. Everything comes across as a little worn and tired compared to other Regal theaters nearby. There doesn't seem to be much pride or urgency in keeping the space polished. Concessions are another weak spot. The standard snack options are usually fine, but anything beyond the basics are regularly unavailable. I've also had very little luck with promotional snack, which are frequently out of stock here compared to other locations. This used to be one of the better Regal theaters years ago. I find myself choosing any of the other Regal locations instead, including driving all the way out to Orchard Park, when this would be the most convenient location for me coming from Lockport. I hope this theater eventually gets some updates... refreshed seating, improvements to the IMAX, or just a renewed focus on upkeep and staff engagement. It's possible things have changed since my last visit three to six months ago, but as of now, it's unfortunately a no for me.
