The overall vibe feels comfortable and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful, even if things tend to move at a slightly more relaxed pace than at some of the other locations. Out of all the Regal theaters in the area, this is the one where I've had the best luck with food. If I ask for a specific item, they usually have it available, which hasn't always been the case elsewhere. They also do a great job with their movie selection, showing a wide range of flicks from the blockbusters to foreign movies, and the occasional smaller release. I do wish they had the small tables like the Elmwood Regal and that the location was a bit closer to me, but that's really just nitpicking. Overall, I've had consistently positive experiences here. It's a theater I'm always happy to visit.

Because you can see a movie for $2.50 Monday-Thursday and only $3.00 Friday-Sunday. Don't get me wrong, it's nothing special when you walk through the front door but it has everything you could possibly need here to enjoy a movie, including overpriced popcorn and pop! (Which is 50% on Tuesdays). The actual theater itself was extremely comfortable thanks to the big recliners and the fact that no matter where you sit, you will have an an awesome seat. Overall, this is an incredible bargain compared to other theaters. You may not be seeing the movies that just came out a week ago, but you'll get some that have been out a few weeks or might just about to get a blu-ray release. A Star Is Born, With Kris Kristofferson and Barbra Streisand. Asked me to pick a Springville restaurant, look at the menu, and tell her what we would like. She then informed me of a time to be at the theater. At 5 pm on Thursday, 6/12/25, we pulled up to the theater. The Markee poster " Happy Birthday Sharon". we were greeted by Russell and Nadine and escorted to the front of the theater where a table had been set up with two place settings, a tablecloth, candles and flowers, not real but beautiful. On the huge screen was the title, A Star is Born. Nadine brought in our dinner they ordered for us. There we were , only us, for a private dinner and show. It brought tears. One of the things I liked about the place is that they have alot of comfortable push-button controlled, heated reclining chairs and pleanty of room between the rows. There are also regular theater chairs which I can't comment on because I didn't try sitting in one. They offer the standard theater popcorn, pop and candy. For this showing they weren't offering any of their gourmet flavored popcorn but they must sell it during some movies. Nice place to go if you are looking for something different to do. Also, it's across the street from Vidler's Five and Dime, another place you should visit.

We followed them from their previous location and hope to follow them if they reopen in another location. We wish the owners and staff well into the future. Unfortunately, the mall management did not renew their lease because it is closing to become another empty giant graveyard in the Town of Amherst, NY. The town is notorious for allowing developers destroy small business with no legitimate reason or near future plans other than to create humongous empty buildings.
