I've been to this venue for quite a few events over the years . This past Saturday I attended a production of The Nutcracker with a friend and her family . Tickets were $28 in the balcony, which is more reasonable than Sheas . The balcony can be quite steep and snug . We also struggled to find access to the balcony, we initially went up a staircase that led us nowhere . The Centerfor the Arts was decorated nicely for the show and the ushers did prove helpful (once we found the balcony ) to find our seats . There are concessions available . I will continue to check out future events at this venue when money and time allows it .

Rub a dub dub Three men in a UB Two were cops, one was me Not telling you the rest of this story Not to be confused with these Center for the Arts which is where Noah hangs out. This is a beautiful facility that hosts all kinds of cool speakers and performances. It's part of the UB campus so it loses a star for being policed by some of the most fascist people in the region. Sorry but that's been my experience and I'm nothing if not honest. Actually according to my Mum I'm just nothing. But yeah.

Located on the UB North campus, this is a great place to catch a performance, you're so close you could reach out and touch the entertainers. You get a very up close experience with the performers and you can see a variety of plays and concerts. The sound is very good. Some past performers I have seen here include Donny Osmond , Richard Marx, Megan Mullally, the Brian McKnight Christmas show as well as the play the Producers and this theater never disappoints. Plus there is plenty of nearby parking in the lots.

There is plenty of free parking on the UB North campus when attending an event here. There is never a bad seat in the house and the acoustics are very good in this 1400 seat theater. There is always a great variety of plays and concerts that make for an entertaining night out. Some past performances I have enjoyed here include the play The Producers and concert performances like the Brian McKnight Christmas show, Megan Mullally, Donny Osmond and Richard Marx.

We were here for a Buffalo Philharmonic concert. It is a lovely venue, the biggest drawback was that it is a very long distance from the parking lot, including the handicap parking, and once inside, another long walk to the elevator. We were with my mother. She usually uses a rollator, but knowing the distance from the parking lot, we brought her wheelchair. Luckily so. The concert hall seats are nicely banked so that there is no problem seeing the stage. The BPO needs no review; it is a wonderful orchestra that we are lucky to have in our city

I have been here a number of times throughout the years. Most recently to hear Walter Mosely speak earlier this year and then Steven Pinker this past week. The facility is so nice. Parking is a little farther away than I would have imagined in Buffalo winters, but ok. The facility is clean, well lit, nice little coffee stand inside, great seating both In the lobby and in the theater. It holds about 1400 people we were told., but the traffic flow is so good you don't feel rushed or crushed. We have been to a few small catered events there, and the catering is fine, but its catering, so keep that in mind. If you have a chance to go see something here, you should go, its nice, comfortable, great acoustics, small enough to really see well, etc.

The location is nice and they host a lot of events. However, they need to adjust the acoustics so there is no reverb noticeable up on the top rows, and for me personally, the seats are way too steep.

Took a look at the menu, and canceled our reservation at the previous place. We were promptly seated outside by a kind woman named Olivia. The sun being too hard and having forgotten my sunnies, I was wondering if I should sit inside. Olivia immediately suggested we get an umbrella. It made so much sense as we wanted to eat out in the Sunshine and the cool winds. We ordered the Giambatto, the Lemon Pancakes, the Italian Eggs Benedict and the Chicken Milanese. Yes, we were hungry and the menu was so tempting!!!! The food matched the tall order. Everything looked incredibly delicious; the portion sizes were great, the service impeccable and I will treasure the experience for a long long time. The Eggs Benedict deserve a special mention- I would come back for it again. It was unique and tasted like heaven! The Giambatto was nice-a very heavy omelette that we ate the next day for breakfast. The Chicken Milanese is a chef's kiss. And that pasta with the tomato sauce!! It felt like a nonna's hug! The Lemon Pancakes were beautiful but I think we were too full to enjoy everything!!!!!!! During our meal, we asked for coffee, but unfortunately they didn't have oatmilk. The coffee came with cream and a side of Almond Biscotti that tasted like a dream . We were celebrating a special day- me and my husband, and I was treating him that afternoon. I am so glad that we found this place-the ambiance was just right, the service deserves a special mention and I am so happy. It is rare to find a place that matches all your preferences and more, and this restaurant ticks all the boxes!

Happy hour specials are amazing!! These chicken sliders were perfect to share! I think next time…read moreI'd go back just to have appetizers for dinner! You can't beat the quality and the prices.
