When l brought the issue to them they said someone else had lied to them. Fast forward a couple months, l paid my car off $10,000 and l have since been waiting on the title for the last 2 months. I had to argue with co-owner about how to get it. It is ridiculous. When l asked about the title they said, it's the states fault l don't have the title, even though they were the lien holders. We called Chad and he told his partner, it's their responsibility to get title to me, he still contended it's not their fault and l still don't have it. I drove all the way from the Nashville TN area to get this car and I am far from disappointed with what I got for my long drive. I am still completely happy with my purchase a month later. I replaced the brake pads and rotors, flushed the engine and radiator antifreeze, replaced it with the correct antifreeze. Changed the oil with the correct oil and replaced 2 oil lines that were slightly leaking. Replaced the heating element in the drivers seat and put 2 new tires on the rear. Other than these few minor issues that are the most basic of troubles I am very thankful for the great deal on a now totally dependable car. I asked the owner to make the title delivered to include signature required and that is how it came. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle and get a great deal. I am a former heavy diesel mechanic and I know what I am seeing and feeling when driving a car. The deal I got was awesome and I'm sure you will get one too when dealing with this dealer. The ladies just made sure my phone was set up as the key. The tire pressure was 52psi all around. No windshield washer fluid, no explanation about charging and where to charge. No first time EV owner overview. I'd expect some courtesy to explain how the vehicle works and some FAQs to make sure the new owner has a better understanding of the vehicle they just bought. But at least it was charged.

Once you enter they have a QR code for you to scan, but on the app it shows you your vin number and to locate your vehicle. When I went to look for my vehicle along with the other guy that was picking up as well, a young lady told us that we couldn't be back there on the floor and that we needed to sit in the waiting area. We both returned to the waiting area and said the same thing to each, which was the app said to locate your vehicle. Approximately 10 others came in to take delivery of their vehicles and didn't know what to do either. Finally after all of us were waiting, they started calling us by check-in according to when you scanned the QR code. Once I was called to go to my vehicle, I then had to wait because it was being supercharged. (My vehicle had been there since 2 days prior to my appointment) I had to wait another 20 minutes before I could leave. You would think as much as you pay for the vehicles, they would have had it detailed. The windshield was so hazy that I thought it was tinted! The exterior was dusty and dirty like it had been sitting up for months. Even their quality control didn't catch that my Plaid badge was missing from my vehicle. I know this isn't your typical dealership, but come on you've got to do much better than this!
