I've been coming to this clinic for blood draws for about two years now. It's easy to get signed up…read moreas I just found Labcorp on the Internet, selected the site I want and the day and time. They send you a confirmation email with the check-in information. On the day of the visit, you can check in from the confirmation page and wait in your car till you get a text message or you can go inside and scan the kiosk from the QR code that they give you via email. I always choose just to wait in my car and it's never been a problem. I find them to be very quick in service and friendly in nature. Otherwise I would find another spot I will keep returning for my health needs.

My phlebotomist was friendly, professional, and efficient. She brought me into a private room, verified my information, and completed the draw on the first attempt without any issues. Overall, despite how crowded it was, the process was smooth and well-organized. I had a positive experience and would return to this location again.

They have a self check in with the kiosk and you need a QR code. Once you check in there you just have a seat in the lobby and wait for them to call you. Once I checked in, I waited about five minutes in the lobby was fairly full, but they seem to have a good system down with no long waiting.

They practice social distancing, there is hand sanitizer, and there is a computerized check in. Masks are required, and they temperature check you. I'm very easy to draw from, and I had been lucky with the gentleman, Gabriel, that does phlebotomy there. He makes a little small talk to distract you but then he's very quick and painless with taking how much ever he has to take. I don't bruise with him and I clot just fine even though I'm on blood thinners. This last time however, it was a lady... And she was less than spectacular. It took her two jabs to get the blood and left a heck of a bruise.... So hopefully that was a fluke thing it'll be the guy next time again. Overall, this office is pretty good for what it is if you have to get blood work done. The lack of having to wait makes it better.

What I see over and over in this facility is how they use the iPad to have people check in BUT what…read morebothers me is how a lot of elderly people who come in or disabled people in wheelchairs try and figure out how to check in on this iPad, the ladies are most of the time rude and just tell them to check in on the iPad, they look confused and sometimes don't even do it right, so they don't say anything and end up waiting longer then they have to, one elderly lady was told next time she should make sure she checks In, the elderly lady said if they had a number she can just call to speak to someone so she can make an appointment, and they handed her a card and the elderly lady left.

He did a wonderful job. I can hardly wait to meet him in September. He made me think about a lot of things and told me a Lotta good things too so I cannot praise the doctor any better than that I recommend him for anybody.
