They should have needed only the missing information, such as my address and insurance details--not four pages of information that seemed irrelevant to getting an X-ray. I do not understand why they needed information about how I self identify? The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming, and the staff gave the impression that they did not want to be there. The technicians displayed very little personality or bedside manner, and one seemed irritated while repositioning me after I apparently moved or had not been positioned correctly. The only positives were my X-ray was fine and the imaging was completed quickly--which was good, because I did not want to stay there any longer than necessary.

Their voicemail also lists drug screening hours as 8 to 11 and again from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM. Today is Tuesday, January 27. When I arrived, the door had a printed sign showing completely different hours, 7 AM to 10:30 AM, and noted that they are closed on Wednesdays. None of this information matches what is posted online or stated on their voicemail. While waiting, I saw two other people attempt to access the facility and leave frustrated as well, likely operating under the same assumption that the website and voicemail were accurate. For something as time sensitive as a pre employment drug screen, this level of inconsistency is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location, and if your prospective employer suggests LabCorp, you may want to consider a different provider altogether.

To say this business cares about their community is an understatement. I've been coming here for a…read morewhile but yesterday they really went above and beyond. I was driving to the store in the afternoon when I heard meowing coming from inside my car. I pulled over to try finding the source of the noise, and sure enough a kitten had crawled up under my car and gotten itself stuck. I went to Lander Auto and Hilda immediately put my car on the lift and began the rescue mission. 45 mins later, she was able to retrieve the kitten unharmed. You could tell she had done this before and cared about the animal getting out safely. Now here is the best part. They refused to take any payment. Hilda said they were just happy to rescue an animals life and it was the right thing to do. We took pictures and she had me out of there with my new kitten in no time. Such kindhearted professional people. I won't ever go anywhere else to service my car. Attached are pictures of the kitten we saved.
