I've been coming to this clinic for blood draws for about two years now. It's easy to get signed up…read moreas I just found Labcorp on the Internet, selected the site I want and the day and time. They send you a confirmation email with the check-in information. On the day of the visit, you can check in from the confirmation page and wait in your car till you get a text message or you can go inside and scan the kiosk from the QR code that they give you via email. I always choose just to wait in my car and it's never been a problem. I find them to be very quick in service and friendly in nature. Otherwise I would find another spot I will keep returning for my health needs.

Also, I ordered labs yesterday and two of the tests I had ordered were duplicated in a more comprehensive test that I had ordered. The person processing my order, Donna Yarbrough, at direct labs caught the duplication and sent me an email saying they were refunding the unnecessary tests and refunding my card. How cool is that. I checked in 10 minutes early and was called back for my appointment right on time, my doctor had 6 labs ordered, so my appointment consisted of two blood files drawn and pee in a cup. I was in and out of my appointment in less than 10 minutes!!!!! This place is great, staff was fantastic, they do their job very well. Side note: I do not suggest anyone walk in without an appointment as appointments have seniority and you could be waiting hours and still not be seen!

I don't like that there is no reception desk--just kiosks and chairs--but I suppose one could knock on the door. While I was there, someone did knock on the door, but they had to knock several times before someone responded.
