I appreciate the knowledge the workers bring, they usually understand some of the older setups I have in my house and what they are the way they are. Prices may be slightly higher than other places but having an expert install things correctly the first time is worth it. This round I had them replace a basement toilet, fix a not working faucet and diagnose water pressure issues.

Sure enough, a couple weeks later, the sewer backed up again. So today (next day service), Arthur came out and sent a camera down.... they were right! it was an old sewer cap blocking the line! There's no real way to get it out easily, But Arthur managed, using a magnet. Immediately the sewer drained! so hopefully that is the end of that problem. the cost for today's visit was again incredibly reasonable. Good guys. Fast work. Well trained and knowledgeable!
