And when your garage door won't move your car is either stuck inside or out, so they even offer same day service. Our cars were out so we took the appointment...but the lady called and offered an earlier one if we wanted it.... The service was done by a polite and professional young man (Brian) who took the time to explain the features of the system to me, even though they hadn't put the door in. I was able to set my doors to beep when people go in and out which is perfect with kids. The video camera has privacy mode that you can set to turn off when you set your alarm and it will start to record when it hears sounds or sees motion so it's easy to see activity without scanning through a bunch of footage. Once we let the alarm go off for too long when opening a door and the kids couldn't put the code in and the monitoring company called to make sure we were ok.
