Hi, I just want to say when you read reviews about this Company, read between the lines (some of the other reviews seem fraudulent & not about their product). This company is excellent at what they do, which is installing Solar Panels at a "Great price". They are almost half the cost of other companies, and the job they do is very professional. I had wanted to do Solar for a long time, but the price was so high. When I found this company and their representative came to my house and explained the same product, installation cost, and other services at half the price of other companies, I couldn't believe it. I checked their reviews with Google & other companies and also checked them with the BBB and decided to go with them. I am so glad I did, everything they did and said would happen, did happen. Loved the part when i didn't pay anything up front with Direct Solar. Jourdan helped in ways I didn't know i even needed help. He assisted me locking in a monthly price i was comfortable with. It didn't affect my credit at all & I can own the system when I'm comfortable. Empowering to have my monthly payments to NV energy is minimal $15 & my money go towards a system i can own & pass down through my family. Jourdan help me understand net-metering and the amenities that come with it. Minor complications in the process with my tennant but Jourdan was helpful every step of the way. My experience with direct solar was great. I had been looking into solar for a few years, but kept putting it off. I heard about the change in rules for solar and knew I was under a short window to submit my application. They were able to submit the application before the due date. The system was installed a couple of weeks after signing the contract. My neighbor commented on how fast our system was installed. He mentioned to me that one of his friends had been wanting over 6 months and their system wasn't installed yet. The team that installed the solar system was professional, on time and cleaned up after themselves. I'm so glad that they were able to have the system installed before the summer. I was always hesitant about salesperson coming to your home. I was wrong these salespeople are legit. This sales rep she was very good at what she does. It was very hot and she still held herself together. Me on the other hand I don't do heat very well. I just wanted to close the door but she was very persistent and she said I won't regret answering the door if I gave her 5 minutes of my time. She was right that 5 minutes turned into hours of some valuable information on what's out there for us to benefit from and less money to pay out. This review is long overdue. We got our solar panels installed in the middle of Covid in 2021 and it has been working great since. We initially got quotes from 3 different places and we decided to go with DIRECT SOLAR because of TAYLOR professionalism, what he offered and the fair pricing. Exceptional experience working with Direct Solar. Last month, I decided to get for my home and was referred to Direct Solar by a friend. The consultation was informative and the sales rep thoroughly explained the different options, costs, and benefits. The installation team was efficient, professional, and respectful. The important part is I had fun with the sign up process. My representative Jourdan gave me a good experience so I would recommend working with him. I just got Solar panels through Direct solar. Amanda was the one that Came to my house initially. She was the bomb. She was easy to talk to and explained everything in detail. She even helped me with some (most) of the forms cause I had trouble with my computer and I'm pretty technologically inept. She was there every step of the way though.
