We had interviewed several fancy build/remodel companies, but their quotes were off the charts and they seemed to have little time to dedicate to our time-crunched project. Jimmy has experience in real estate as a broker, and thus advises his clients on where to focus the remodel so that you get the highest return. Furthermore, he has a great eye for design and always came up with a solution when our prior plans were altered due to some weightbearing structure or unknown AC duct. He is on the job site EVERY day, working WITH his guys. He has a consistent crew - all of whom speak English (which made communication much easier).
