We weren't expecting anything out of the ordinary, but a few minutes had passed and we were greeted by the store manager. He was so apologetic for the reasonable delay. He was so nice and cordial to us. Unlike the usual "snooty" service that we get from the Cypress Creek location, the customer service that we received in this W Commercial branch is the best!
