We spent too much time with Jim C. who was running the sign-in desk laughing hard as we shared our common yet peculiar observations of current events and the weather. Once we settled down, Jim gave us a thorough, professional safety briefing and sent us to the range. There we saw and later met RSO, Mike K. When we arrived he was assisting three young men by spotting and calling shots for them. He was in full command of the range, yet took the time to engage (and provide some training insights) to those men. As we unloaded and prepared our gear, Mike kept an attentive eye on us and began to instruct and assist at every turn. His other customers packed up and left as it was very close to closing time, but he insisted we stay as long as we needed to get our job done; he was most gracious and generous with his personal time to ensure we left CTC satisfied we had done what we came to do. Even though we were the late ones and Jim and Mike stayed past closing time, we were given range passes for another day. I marveled at Mike and complimented him on his willingness to sacrifice his own time to complete the instruction he begun with us, and the difference we experienced from the arrogance one sometimes feels from personnel at public ranges. He responded as I would have guessed by saying "I love doing this. I love seeing people improving and enjoying the sport. And, I don't know if you recognized this or not, but you don't find 'public range' in our name. We see ourselves and only hire people that can get on board with the idea we are a training center." Mike, we get it. We three agree that none of us, with over 200 years of combined age, had ever experienced on any of the many ranges we had ever visited the genuine customer service and support ethic we did that day. Absolutely horrible customer service provided by the Vice President, Sherri…read more I scheduled their CCW class back in October for a December slot. A week before the class began I changed my mind and decided not to attend. When I went in to cancel my slot and receive a refund it turned into a huge ordeal. The gentlemen working the store (although pleasant) were unable to do anything to help me, instead handing me a business card for Vice President Sherri and directing me to contact her for a resolution. I sat in the store on what turned in to a 20 minute phone conversation with her. Sherri was completely unwilling to cancel my class and refund my money. I sat through a cringeworthy sales pitch (guided by some mystery man in the background of the phone call) about why they think they are better than other classes, the benefits of their class, and was offered multiple times to reschedule, none of which applied to what I was calling about. Sherri said they are not able to process refunds on classes due to the business eating the cost of credit card processing fees and reward points earned, yet still refused even after I offered to receive a refund minus these estimated costs. Adding to the confusion, she said if I go through the entire class and say I "didn't learn anything" then she would process a full refund, including the aforementioned fees. Sherri would rather go through all that headache and argue with a customer than simply do the right thing and refund my money to begin with. She seemed far more concerned with 'winning the battle' on the phone than doing right by her customer. The lack of refundability was also never disclosed prior to pre-paying for the class. I was offered store credit after significant back and forth, which I refused. After this experience I am no longer interested in ever doing business with Insight again.

He taught him how to take apart his gun and what the parts were called. My son loved working will Gil and learned to properly stand and shoot a pistol and a rifle as well as hand grips. Gil also taught me things I didnt even learn in my CCW class. He is very patient and knowledgeable I would recommend him above the rest as he is very detailed. We were also offered snacks and drinks! Now thats customer service. If you want to learn the correct ways to shoot hes your guy.

Equine studies, math science and academics. The campus is well organized. Everything is neat and clean. Staff is super friendly and the principal, Mr. Wallert is pretty awesome. Super enthusiastic and friendly. He does his best to accommodate what is needed for your child. I really appreciate his dedication. If only there were more of these kinds of schools available in every town, now that would be awesome.

She has been given opportunities and been encouraged to think critically, to develop her own opinions of history, science and the world and to have meaningful discussions in her classes. The elective offerings are incredible and the teachers who teach them are top notch! My child was forging and welding BBQ tools in 7th grade! The choirs and bands are among the best in the region! Furthermore, I love that the teachers encourage their student to take responsibility for their academic success, they are expected to ask for homework in advance if they know they will be gone, or to make up homework in a timely manner, or to even set up tutoring sessions, NOT the parents. I so appreciate that MH teachers are not just focused on academics, but on helping students develop critical life skills and, above all, on helping them be confident, good humans.

They have many clubs and activities for students such as: Diversity in Action, Guitar Club, Outdoor Adventure Club, Video Club, Yearbook, Art Club and so on...
