Four days later, I went back to ask to speak to whoever handles claims. They had just closed my claim. WTH? No call. Nothing. When two guys came out to talk to me, one said he called. I had no vm. I had no incoming call. He said maybe they got the phone number wrong. Ummmm, it's in your system because I signed up on the app. Maybe you simply didn't call and just closed my claim. They said there's no way all these scratches came from their machines because they aren't dot, dot, dash marks. And this is a defect in the manufacturing clear coat. How the hell did all these scratches just magically show up on a 10 year old car that has been garaged and babied that entire time? My car did NOT LOOK LIKE THIS before I went through that car wash on THAT day. My chrome is even scratched up all along the trunk. Its uniform slight scratches ALL ALONG the length. There is NO WAY that's from loading stuff and unloading. No way. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING BUT SCRATCHED AF PAINT. Deny, deny, deny. That's what happened with my claim. Waste of time. Trust me, everyone I know is going to hear about my opinion on Tommy's wash. Worst carwash in St Joe. I really don't like how my car looks after this carwash. I've got swirls and scratches all over that i didn't have before. It wasn't worth the free complimentary month when signing up for a membership since my car is never going to look the same again. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I hate the scratches on my car even more. I don't understand why this place has so many people taking their cars through it.

People seem to be nice, and friendly, but rarely interact. The machines to wash floor mats are very handy (may be their biggest perk vs other car washes). Vacuums have plenty of power, and long hoses, not only a single end style.
