They said there's no way all these scratches came from their machines because they aren't dot, dot, dash marks. And this is a defect in the manufacturing clear coat. How the hell did all these scratches just magically show up on a 10 year old car that has been garaged and babied that entire time? My car did NOT LOOK LIKE THIS before I went through that car wash on THAT day. My chrome is even scratched up all along the trunk. Its uniform slight scratches ALL ALONG the length. Shelia, who was working the entrance, walked me through the options and how everything (coffee bar, wash, vacuum) worked. It was such a fun experience and the car came out SPOTLESS! After the wash, I stopped briefly at the vacuuming station, but noticed there were separate detailing stations available. If I lived nearby, I'd definitely consider a membership.
