Been using their Fluff and Fold service since I became disabled. They are fantastic! There are at least three laundry services closer to me, but I don't mind making the drive for the service I receive. Santhe (sorry if I spelled it wrong) is so kind and sweet and always takes such good care of me. Kim and the rest of the employees there are always so helpful and always go out of there way to make me feel welcome. The place is always clean and safe, and my laundry always comes out perfect and just the way I like it. My disabilities don't limit me as much as they used to, but I still continue to take my laundry there. Worth every penny! read more

Hi, my name is Faheemah. Tonight I went to you're on Belmont and Chestnut. I had an issue with three of the six load washers. I called the number on the wall . They answered right away told me to talk to Joseph about my issue. It was late he help me with getting my money back to rewash all three loads again. I did appreciate him for doing that. The washer stopped at 15 min and wouldn't open. I called customer service and mark the owner answered and was helpful. He sent Stephanie over and they were able to get it open and put in a new washer and rewashed it free of charge. read more

Very clean, all the machines work and there is great lighting. The prices are pretty good. BUT, there was no "free dry" to be found, no instructions on how to dry for free and no attendant. Also, there were only 5 laundry carts, some people were using 2 and 3 of them by themselves to fold clothing out of instead of putting your clothes on a folding table and freeing up the carts for others. I was there a little over an hour and one cart had a blanket in it and nothing more. The owner of the blanket was nowhere to be found. Meanwhile, people are having to drag wet clothes from the washer to dryers. I'll be back but I'm having to buy my own laundry cart next time. read more

Good clean facility. The washer and dryer isles are wide and have plenty of room to move the carts. The attendant was very nice and helpful with the questions. There are plenty of signs showing what they have to offer. The dyers are FREE if you wash your clothes there!!! How can you beat that ? I didn't have to buy a card and put money on it to use the washers, like at another facility in town. I just got the change from the machine and went about my business. My only issue was the wifi not working. I was able to connect to it.. but there was no internet From what I gathered, they disconnected it due to abuse by customers, which is very understandable since there is no password and anyone can connect at any time. I've been coming here for years and have never been so upset! Put my clothes in two of the same sized washers and there was a 10 minute differences which is bullshit if Im paying the same exact price! I tried to look for the worker and she was no where to be find until I went out to my car which happened to be next to her car which she was just sitting in. Then she comes in the laundry mat and asked if I had a question which then I told her and all she did was give me attitude. Rude as hell! Very crowded on a Tuesday night. No single load machines so I did not try. Double load costs 3 bucks. All front load and lots of dryers. Has free wifi so that is a plus but noisy place. Even the employee was contributing to the chatter. read more

She has around and smoked weed outside on the clock and let alone I've seen her buy weed off a guy while I was doing my laundry. Well Dirty Bird laundry has done it again. Destroyed my clothes and says there nothing they can do. 13 pieces ruined. Several more misshapen. Dryers over hot burned and singed my clothes. Management says they can't do anything because according to them I didn't follow the drying instruction on my clothing. However dirty bird employees frequently change any settings that are not high. Yell at you that you can't have partial dry loads for delicates and that everything must be dryer on high to decrease dry time. Today after hearing many people complain about how hot their clothes were and that they smelled burned and since no attendant was on duty I opted to dry on medium as opposed to high. (Note: all these items have frequently been dryer at dirty bird on high as demanded by employees and have always been fine) all my and my kids pjs and sweaters gone. We own 1 week worth of clothing and do laundry once a week. I don't have money to replace the ruined items but management doesn't care. Over all I've lost hundreds of dollars worth of laundry to this company. Grease left in washers and dryers by repair people destroyed all my white and light colored laundry last year and again dirty bird said not my problem. You should inspect the machines for cleanliness before you use them. Complaints about attendants are simply met with oh I'm sorry that's not how we teach them to deal with customers. I'm done with dirty bird except to completely ruin their business the same way they ruined my laundry. read more

Ok here are the facts. Half of the FREE dryers are out of service. There are tons of people waiting in lines for washing machines and then again for the dryers. The change machine jerks the bill in and out about three times before it rejects it and you have to realign it and go through the process again. The laundry attendant is always keeping the place clean . The laundry soap dispenser is out of order. Dirty Bird Laundry hires only one attendant and they collect the money, so why can't they put some money into the repair of the FREE dryers? They have "free" WiFi advertised in the window, but it never is on to use. These are the facts. read more

This place was very unprofessional. The customer Representative there ,Selena Garcia, took a picture of my belongings and made a nasty remark saying "that's not how you are suppose to wash your clothes." I ask for her to delete our pictures because I did not like it and never agree to allow her to take picture of us and our belongings. (I am not sure if she had deleted them or not.) After listening to her, since she told us to take some clothes out because if the machine is to pact it can break the machine and not clean our clothes properly. So me and my brother we took out half of the clothes and she still say it was not enough and touch our clothes and belongings. I started to feel really discriminated because after telling us that she still didn't leave us alone to do our own business. I ask for her manager number but she would not give us the manager number and told us to just call the company. When I ask for her name she would not give us her name or the manager name until multiple attempts when I then you became very heated already. She finally gave me her and her manager name but also made another remark like "...Ryan (manager's name) she want your name and last name and your address to know where you live..." She started to put these other nonsense into the conversation and got mad at me when I told her to speak the truth and not add "shit" into what I'm requesting from her. She then put her hands in my face and walked away. I then and walked out and called the company but I have waited for an hour after the incident and they still have not called me to resolve this dispute. This place is very unprofessional. My two years of going to this Dirty Bird Location I have never receive such treatment. Many will disagree and say for me to get my own washer and dryer I wish I could have that luxury so if anyone have any working washer and dryer who does not want them and are still in good condition can give to a broke college student like me. I will no longer support any Dirty Bird Laundromat due to their discrimination, lack of customer service, and unprofessional employees. read more

I have been a faithful customer of this laundry for over 6 years, I have been happy with the service over the years. Last weekend I had a slip and fall when entering the building, I contacted management, and the call center said a manager would call back. I had to have an ambulance come and get me. When the manager called, as soon as she found out I was on my way to the hospital she hung up. The owner has directed the manager not to respond to me and has accused me of faking it. I am a working professional and have medical insurance, I only asked assistance with my co pays. I have encounter one of the employee name surinah. i'm not sure how to spell that, but she was nice at first but couple times i have come back to wash at night. i see her and is it professional for a manager to let an employee to smoke weed and deals weeds between customers outside the door? I was stunned to see an employee not caring to clean through out her shift but was busy enough to smoke weed with a customer and then became very rude to tell me and other customers to hurry up and leave and it was only 1 hour before 10pm. this employee became very impatient, rude and rushing us out the door didn't care that I had to dry my clothes still. I was not pleased by her attitude so i went home with wet clothes because as a customer she wasn't letting me have the time to dry my clothes. Not a professional employee. read more
