We were very nervous about having our dogs stay at a boarding facility. We were able to come tour and see the facility to make sure that we felt comfortable and confident leaving our dogs here. We left them for over a week. They seem to love it and were taken great care of. It seemed that they got to play a lot and we appreciated knowing that they were being watched over while we were away. I mentioned I wanted a sanitary trim and showed her how short I wanted it. I also mentioned the knots he had under his armpits and neck, and that I wanted that cut or brushed out. When I picked him up there was no sanitary trim done, only half of his belly hair was trimmed and the fur cut on his behind was INCREDIBLY choppy and still very long. It looks TERRIBLE! He still had all of the knots and he has been in distress ever since I picked up him up. He hasn't been acting the same and I have a feeling he was mistreated. Each time I pick him up he sounds like he's hurting, especially around his little arms; he doesn't let me pick him up for more than a few minutes. The first time I took him he looked perfect, and the groomer said he was sweet and everything had gone as planned. I was surprised since it was his first time. I left you guys great reviews for how well he was treated and how he turned out. I'm extremely disappointed in how his service went this past weekend. I felt terrible for 1: putting him through whatever the groomer did to him and 2: spending so much money for a service that could've been done better at Petco. You'll pay a premium expecting to receive good results or at least what you ask for, I'm disappointed to say I received the opposite and don't suggest you coming here for your cat.
