If so, "Bruce/Silvia Septic Service deserves the worst possible review status. Let me began; We hired them to inspect and pump our septic system at our new house. The tub that came out poured 200gal of water in my tank and called it good. He said he would be back later to pump it and of course never showed back up. After multiple calls with no responses I finally called with a blocked ID and left a message for them to call me back (BTW I didn't leave my name and 2 days later I received a call back from a lady.) I gave her my name and address and she sounded upset when she figured out who I was. However she put me on the schedule for Thursday at 1300. I took a day of leave from the military so I could be there to make sure they did everything right. Unfortunately they never showed up. I called again and left multiple messages with no response. This company needs to be shut down. I will do everything in my power to make sure that happens. I will be taking them to small claims court. PLEASE DO ME A HUGE FAVOR AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, FIND A REPUTABLE COMPANY!!!

Unfortunately they all said no or had high rates for the holiday/weekend. Luckily, my husband was able to get ahold of Andy and they came to our house today. The service lasted around an hour and they fixed the clog! Also gave us some suggestions on how to remain clog-free in the future. My husband said Andy was really knowledgeable and made the experience a lot less stressful with his humor. Anthony called back shortly and gave me some recommended next steps. He kept me in the loop to assure me of what to expect. His crew came by in a couple of days to find an issue with the pump.
