Anthony called back shortly and gave me some recommended next steps. He kept me in the loop to assure me of what to expect. His crew came by in a couple of days to find an issue with the pump. They replaced it promptly. We also had them flush the drain field piping. Subsequently, we had a circuit breaker issue. They gave me a reference to an electrician, and we got that fixed shortly.
