Tree Master in Wickliffe took down a HUGE tree, had around 6 trucks parked on our street, probably…read moreclose to a dozen men, some cutting, some trimming, and some cleaning. The electric company was involved also. After that they took down foot wide branches on a tree at the neighbors. Then they came to my house and cut many branches that were causing problems with my electric service. After cutting they have a grabber vehicle that picks up the branches and drags them to the chipper. And they have people that take the little branches and put them in garbage cans and use snow shovels to pick up the debris, and then haul everything away, including the large tree without limbs that they placed on a flatbed truck. All in all, an excellent job. Even the owner of Tree Master was on site! Highly recommended.

It was almost embarrassing how quickly he found out what was wrong. On top of this, he was able to point out the age of our equipment and will be giving us a quote. Even though we aren't expecting to replace any of our units in the near future, I felt no pressure from him to buy any of their equipment. Still charged us full price for the clean today. Didn't offer to even help pay our insurance copay or anything. Different teams every week doing the clean, really inconsistent, several hours late every day they were supposed to come. Which was all tolerable, but I think damaging our car and being rude after, not even trying to make it right, was a bit too far. Don't hire because they really don't much care who they send onto your property, whether they have a drivers license or car insurance. They responded to the google review saying we wanted a discount, no we wanted their company that claims they are 'bonded and insured' to provide us with insurance information to have our car repaired.

Glenn came to me this year and informed me he was leaving the company and he was starting his own Carpet Cleaning Company. It was perfect timing, I just start looking for another carpet cleaner. We talked and he explained the new Dry-Tech Cleaning Method that he uses and how it differs from other cleaning methods that are used by most companies. I was very pleased with his knowledge and scheduled a unit for him to clean the following week. Glenn showed up on time, in a uniform with his company name. (Very professional). I decided to have him clean an occupied one bedroom apartment. The carpet was very dirty/stained and matted down near the patio, kitchen/dining area and near the entrance door. I wish I would have taken pictures of the carpet before and after because it was night and day after Glenn was done. I know it is such a silly over used statement (night and day) but the carpet looked brand new. I had called the resident and told him the carpet turned out great and would be dry in about an hour. He laughed at me do to the stains and said there was no way it came clean, and no way it would be dry that fast. He called about two hours later when he came home from work and was shocked that it was stain free and dry. He had his friend / boss over later that evening and he was so impressed with the job Glenn did he called me the next day and wanted to know the company I used and asked for the number for his friend / boss . Being in the Property Management Business I need the best of the best when it comes to contractors. They need to be on time, they need be professional, and they need to do the job that I am paying for. The quality of Glenn's work was outstanding. He took his time and did what he does best. I have had several carpet cleaning companies over the years come in and clean a one or two bedroom apartment in an hour and it did not look like they did anything so I had to replace the carpet.
