After a full walkthrough of the house, he quotes me three packages of different prices. Standard Duct cleaning for $3100, duct cleaning and sanitize for $3340, and duct, sanitize and dryer vent for $3450. My house isn't mansion, it's a standard 3000 sqft home in a modest neighborhood. He also said we have to be out of the house for 6-8 hours while they do the cleaning. I have had my ducts cleaned before in my previous home and that only costed me 250. Even Stanley steemer, quoted me between 500-700 and would finish the job around 2 hours. Don't trust this so called, "family owned business." If I could post a picture of my estimate of what this Douchebag wrote up for me I would. Hopefully nobody falls for this dumpster fire of a company. Dishonest and a huge scam. FYI, the national average for duct cleaning is only 350-1000. How am I quoted at three times the price for one cleaning!
