I'm picky about this since I run a business and it's the fastest way to piss of a budget conscience loyal customer. Their wash was very thorough and detailed. That day they offered a $12 exterior or a $20 exterior and interior. I got the interior/exterior package was very pleased. My car is 10 years old and I still take pride in it. Get it washed all the time and always will (FYI a wash every other month keeps your car from looking like a hoopty). They cleaned it inside and outside in less than 30 minutes, as promised. They wiped and cleaned every nook and cranny and I am very grateful for that. At most car washes I find a place or two that could have been cleaner and think, well nobody is perfect: but not at Luxury Wash. Very happy and satisfied with my shiny, clean car. The outside appearance of this place could use a touch up but it's clean and everyone was friendly. I'm not worried about the dilapidated look of a building when my car looks amazing after they are done with it. Bottom Line: do not hesitate, bring your car by for some clean loving!

Signs are clear from the road where the car wash is and the entrance. They also have prices listed as well as what comes with those so you don't have to wonder what all you are getting. I went on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm and it wasn't too busy. They had two people working. A lady washing the exterior of the car and a man vacuuming and detailing the inside. This car wash is all done by hand which is good. If you want an exterior wash only for a non SUV car it's $15. For an exterior and interior wash it is $25 and up depending on what all you want. The price for SUVs is more expensive versus a regular sized car. They take both cash and card. I wouldn't say that there is customer service here per say in the sense that the two that were working were both busy cleaning cars. So you have to basically stay in your car and pull it up when they are done with the next car at least that's what I did. I also wasn't really greeted or given information about the car wash types etc. It's probably best you know what car wash you want so that you can tell them. I stated which one i wanted by telling them the price of it. The waiting area is outside. They have plastics chairs some under a covering and others not. It took about an hour to get my car washed from the time I pulled up to the time I drove off. I can say they cleaned it pretty well and I was satisfied with the service. However, even though I didn't have a mobile appointment, Johnnie stated if I came to his location he would take care of me. & that he did. I've been in a rental SUV for over a month through various elements - Johnnie & Ronnie made the vehicle look brand new. The finishing touch of air fresheners in the vents & the leather seats thoroughly cleaned was worth the $40. While the cleaning was in process, I went across the street to Dollar General to past the time. About a 1/2 hour later, Johnnie came inside with my keys & told me I was good to go. Talk about great customer service & being happy with the outcome went hand and hand. I have now been summoned to set up family member's vehicles to get serviced, which will be easy to do on their website. I'll see Johnnie a few times over before heading back home.

I don't like writing bad reviews but after the experience I have had, I need to make sure no one else ever feels this. Last night at the braves game, I parked in the Green Deck (a free up to 2 hour deck) at the battery. I chose to park in the ProntoWash spots and pay $30 to have my car washed while enjoying a team event with my colleagues. When I returned to my car a couple hours later, I was displeased to discover that my car was COVERED in residue and just looked like someone rubbed a wet rag over my exterior and threw some tire shine on for good measure. A pig with Lipstick, if you may. I literally cannot see out of my side mirrors when lights shine on in the dark. I immediately sent a FB message - which was IGNORED. I could see that they read it and chose not to respond. OK WHAT? I just called on my lunch break and was combated with "your car was in terrible shape and we hand washed that car, we have videos of the before" (I asked to see and they never sent them). And that I was "paying for parking" (I was paying for the carwash in a free lot). Regardless there are 2 points here: 1. This is not true, I have my car washed every two weeks at the Two Minit Car Wash on piedmont for $20 (in AND out wash). I reasoned with their pricing by considering $10 for parking plus $20 for a wash. 2. Even if my car was that dirty, isn't that WHY I would go? Seriously, what kind of excuse is that? This was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. She told me I was free to dispute the charge, that I was disrespectful, and without saying "you're wrong, I'm right", countered EVERYTHING I had to say. She did, however, ask me "are you done" when she was ready for me to stop talking. Either way, she just didn't want to give a refund or admit that the service was bad. Don't go here..save your money. Park in another lot for $5 and got to 2 Minit on Piedmont. These people seriously don't deserve your cash.
