Nice location when your cars dirty and you're in a pinch. However I would definitely not go out of my way to go to this location as I have almost gotten rear ended multiple times. Not from other drivers per se as much as it is the employees guiding people into the wash with the cars WAY too close to each other! Epic Shine has been my go to spot for getting my car washed since moving to Idaho! The monthly subscription fee is totally reasonable and for one price I can go through as many times as I would like! They have a lot of bays available with vacuums, trash cans, and plenty of microfiber towels to dry your car and clean the inside as well. IT'S ALL IN A NAME! Going to start with a 1 for now until I can see what kind of follow-thru their business has and will update at that point. Went into Epic Shine just 30mins ago while out running errands. Place was extremely busy as expected with the state of things currently. I simply wanted all the dirt and sodium hydrochloride off my vehicle, was opting for the "cheap", however was talked into the $14 "mid" since it did undercarriage and wheels which I needed both done as well. Got vehicle cleaned and headed home, started unloading from Costco run and that's what I saw. I walked around the vehicle and it simply isn't clean, but rather rinsed off. I could tell their sprayers were turned down vs. their competitors, a few of the rollers didn't come on, one of the rollers didn't even touch my vehicle and ALL the rollers were moving extremely slow. Worst car wash in the valley. Multiple ignored claims of damaging peoples vehicles all over town. Owner will send you blurry images from 50ft+ away claiming to see existing damage that clearly cant be seen from there poor quality images on an 80k dollar car with 17 miles on it. Do your research before washing any nice vehicle here as a great deal of cars have already been damaged. if you experence damage through the wash be prepared to be conned from the ownership group who will accept no fault under any circumstance. well I'm not sure where to begin but am just at a loss for words when it comes to the interaction with Bryan barker and how he made tried to make me feel like my business there with epic shine doesn't matter and that the swirls that I was getting in my vehicles paint was not caused by epic shine but rather by me when epic shine is where I go for my washes. I wasn't going to leave a review do to how I felt intimidated. I have always been an epic shine supporter but myself family and friends won't be going back. The swirls are a real thing I just wanted to know how I can fix them. 5 year member with 3 annual passes. Rear ended on Saturday 6/29. Wash provided footage which shows no brakes applied, etc. Wash denies fault and won't cover damages. The incompetent on site manager can't tell a brake light from a daytime running light -which was on the ENTIRETY of the video. Video also shows hesitation on the track indicating some track malfunction. Will be a matter for our insurance company and small claims court. BEWARE. read more

Luckily they have towels so I just wiped it down and cleaned it myself, using the water that was still all over my car because the dryers are terrible. Located in the Fred Meyer parking lot on chinden and linder. Very popular as there were several cars in front of me. But the drive through wash is fast and many cars can go through the tunnel one right after the other so you won't have to wait longer than a few minutes. The tunnel wash is gentle but effective. My car started out dirty and dusty before going through and after driving out the other side my car was clean. But the machine rag rollers inside the tunnel are not too harsh because I could not figure out how to turn off the automatic windshield wipers on my husbands car and even though the wipers were furiously going back and forth under the big roller and I was panicking, the wipers were unharmed. The regular wash is only 7 dollars if you don't have the monthly unlimited membership. Every wash includes being able to park in a stall afterwards and vacuum your own car with their powerful hose vacuums. They also have three cool perks that I have not seen before. The first one is an automatic floor mat washer machine. You take your floor mat over to the machine, push start, and start feeding your mat into the machine upside down. Then two minutes later you go back to the machine and your mat is nice and clean and waiting for you in the metal bin below the machine like a piece of toast that is perfectly done lol. The second cool thing is you can vacuum your mat by sticking it in a big clip by the vacuum holder. The third thing is there are clean rolled rags available on the wall by the vacuums. You can wipe down any leftover drips and then place your used rag in the top of the container which is separate from the clean rags. Today is a very Sad day. After months of discussions Epic Shine has refused to pay for damage done to my truck done on 5-21-22 at the Meridian Wash. the damage was fully documented with on site manager full written report with photos. Claim # 300-0302535-2022. I own a Ford Raptor 2017 which is a wide truck which Epic has approved to go thru the Car Wash. The right side plastic fenders were damage with scratches. Big warning to all customers whom take extra wide trucks to Epic Shine. The Manager told me the newer Epic Wash locations are built to a new spec. to handle the newer wide trucks like the Raptor. Truck owners beware of this location very dangerous. I have filed claim with ADA county court. I will repost after the Judge looks at the evidence. I was going to another carwash until they opened the Epic Shine near my house. At first it was just out of convenience, but WOW! This is the best drive-thru carwash I've experienced yet. It not only gives my car the best wash ever, but it does the tires, rims included, to shiny perfection. I love that they have small hand towels available to use (since I always seem to forget to bring mine). The staff is always super friendly and paying the $25/month is so worth it. It's so convenient to just pull in on my way home from work and at that price, I sometimes wash my car 2x a week, especially in the winter. Been there over a year with the premium monthly wash. Went today and all the brushes shut down when I went through. Long lines today. waited almost 24 minutes for wash. I went back into line as my Jeep did not get washed. I thought something was wrong the wash. I waited in line again. Was told that they do not wash vehicles with jacks. I said I had been here over a year and never had a problem. Told me to wait as he went to talk to attendant about it. I sat there longer. Came back and said that they should not have been washing my car. He said I could take my jack off and come back. I advised my car was not clean and I would just run through again. He said that they would not wash it again and until I took my jack off, they would not wash it. He went in the booth and opened the gate and directed me through the neon cones. Not happy after waiting all that time. Went to Mister and got my Jeep washed. Went to cancel membership and they offered me a discount. The wash is great, but the last 2 times I have taken my vehicle in there something has been broken on the car. They are quick to fix it but it should not be like that. The last time, the weather stripping on my windshield was peeled off. The manager explained to me that cars are not meant to have the high winds that their wind tunnel provides while drying the car. If that's the case then why have the high speed wind tunnel? It was just an excuse. I have taken my car to Ultra Touch at least 15 times and nothing has ever broken off the car, and they have the same high speed air to dry the car there.. They really need to look into the damage that is being done. My license plate frame has been broken 2 times which they gladly replace. I wondered why they had a complete cabinet full of replacement license plate frames..... now I know why....... read more

My Husband and I have been bringing our vehicles here for about a year now. It started out really well. The employees were always super nice. They always had an abundance of clean rags washed and ready to go. The wash always cleaned our rigs and we always used the vacuums because of how much power they have. Recently we went back and it just didn't seem to get our vehicles very clean. Used this new automated car wash about 7 times so far. Even the $7 wash does a good job if your car doesn't look like it fought it's way thru Iraq. Sometimes I splurge for the mid priced wash and find the car looks squeaky clean. Noticed this week they had towels to dry off the car while you vacuumed for free. Never noticed those before. Hope it is a SOP feature from now on. Those vacuums are great. They could suck the fuzz of a peach and no rushing to get done as they run all the time. Stopped in for a wash cause my car was horribly dirty. What a great place. They give u a good quality wash for a good price. Everything is automated but there is a person to walk u through the process if you get stuck and there is someone to guide u in the wash other then that sit back and relax takes just a couple mins and your out then they have rows and rows of free vacuums for u too use. When they first opened.....WOW! Great results, truck completely dry. I haven't timed the process but it seems the cars are rushed through. My truck requires three of the provided towels to dry. The Armor All tire dressing is now poor at best. Now that's marketing. Either I have the weirdest shaped vehicle (Ridgeline) or something is wrong with their equipment. When I have talked to Greeters on previous visits, they were helpful and friendly. This time my car was mostly clean afterwards, there were some spots missed on the hood. Decided to switch it up from Rocket because Epic shine just seemed easier as its in the same parking lot as Fred Meyers and I thought I'd be easier. We have been through twice- have a Chevy Tahoe 2019...First time we had scratches all up and down the back of the car and when we stopped to ask someone about it they say- "Sometimes dirt or salt on the car can cause the paint to scratch...." I wast buying that because our car wast that dirty. Made the mistake to give it another shot- and it cracked our windshield. We were in the car when we heard it hit and as soon as we got out we looked and the top of our windshield looks like a baseball hit it. Worse 30 bucks we have every spent. Our truck went through their wash and came out with several large scratches all over the hood and a few on the side panels. We brought it to their attention immediately and they simply said "sorry, you signed a waiver saying we aren't responsible for any damages but we will take your number and tell the owner." So we left and a few days later we spoke to the owner, she too just said, "sorry." We are 100% positive it happened there and they did absolutely nothing to even try to make it right. Some time passed and we forgot to cancel our membership. I called and spoke to a gal on the phone and simply said, I'd like to cancel. She asked my name and confirmed our address. Then said ok, you're all set until the billing cycle ends. That's it.... no questions asked as to why we are canceling, it was maybe a 45 second phone conversation.
