I don't usually give bad reviews however my wife says other should know. Spent over $220 to get a detail and still had to spend my own time scrubbing half of the vehicle. When I showed them what wasn't done they said we went through it already didn't even look or want to do anything about it. I don't even think they hand waxed the van and likely just ran it through the car wash and hand dried it. They definitely don't pay attention to the details which is not good when you're a detailed shop. Hopefully this was a one-off thing. Good luck if you choose them. read more

There was one kid doing an awesome job wiping down the car (skinny, 5 foot, shaggy hair) , the rest were more interested in chatting about dating life with lazy work and it showed.. There are hard water stains on the outside of my windshield that annoys the hell out me in certain driving situations. I had to ask them to wipe my dash and re-wipe my windshield because of the waxy streaks left. I was there for AN HOUR on a tuesday afternoon. They no longer offer a scent for your car. read more

I needed my engine steam cleaned for my mechanic (I had an oil leak and they couldn't see where it was coming from), and called ahead of time to see if they offered the service. A friendly employee told me yes, and the price was $39.95 which included a basic exterior wash. The next morning I took the car in. It was raining, so there were signs saying they were closed due to weather. I went in and asked if they could still clean under the hood, which they happily accommodated. They unlocked the side door to bring my car in, and started up their otherwise-off hoses. They finished quickly and a very nice gentleman brought me my keys and a detailed description of what he had just done. He offered me a voucher for a free car wash when it stopped raining. In all, I interacted with 5 employees at this location. Every one of them was friendly and attentive. I'm surprised by all of the negative reviews of this location, as my service was stellar. However it should be noted that I got an uncommon service, not the standard wash everyone is commenting on. I will happily return to claim my free wash when the sun comes out. Extra points for the cozy waiting area, and for the eclectic display of gifts which includes an abundance of garden and football paraphernalia. read more

Historically I've been very pleased but man the last two visits have been a disaster! Last time resulted in several huge scratches on my nav screen...to their credit they owned up to it, offered to pay to replace it and gave me several gift certificates to compensate. It was fine. The manager not only re-approved it, but she helped expedite getting it done. I'm known to be picky on these things, but they did a stellar job! Really first rate! Worth every nickel, and I will be going there again, for sure. My 12 year old Infiniti had a ski pole gouge in the leather on the door, although it was not a cut. Somehow, they fixed that, and we're shocked! Plus my tall dog's short hairs were in the ceiling fabric, but they got EVERY. SINGLE. ONE! Awesome work. read more

This is the 2nd time I've been to this car wash. The first time they did an OK job, not worth the money but it wasn't too bad. I decided to try again today and was VERY disappointed this time. My wheels were still filthy. They did not bother to wipe the wheels down at all. My side mirrors were still dirty and weren't wiped down. The front end was still dirty, the windows were not wiped down... My back hatch closes automatically by a button, but the bottom tailgate has to be semi slammed shut. It wasn't closing when the guy tried to close it and he was trying desperately to force it closed by pushing on it instead of coming and letting me know it wouldn't close. Luckily I seen him trying to close it forcefully and ran out and showed him how to close it. I just think I will not go to this car wash again. I feel some of those workers are lazy. I really wish I would have waited to leave a tip in the mailbox! read more

Wow I spent $35.00 for a hand wash of my truck. What a joke, they don't even clean the windshield. Did not clean the wheels, windows and failed to wash the center section of the hood. I was really excited to give this place a try, as it is a definite treat to pay someone to not only wash the outside of my car, but give the inside a bit of love too. Sadly, I was disappointed with the outcome. And definitely felt $25 was not worth it. Before I begin my review, let me mention that I took the time to completely empty my SUV of personal belongings to ensure I would get a good wash! As I waited in line for my turn, I watched the cars in front of me get vacuumed. I notated that they cleaned the trunk area and was excited, as we had just came back from camping and there was a lot of debris in my trunk. However, when I opened my trunk later that evening to put back a few things I found to my surprise the trunk didn't even get touched. Bummer!!! I also noticed that there were several spots on the exterior that still had dirt spots, which seems odd to me since they first hand wash, then send through their machine wash and then hand dry. I also think it is ridiculous for the price you pay, that they can't take the extra step of wiping down your front dash board. I would caution the use of their scents. I choose the pina colada, which smelled good initially. But I think I am already tired of it. All in all, not worth the $25 in my opinion. read more

I've never been so disappointed in a car wash. The young man who introduced us to our options was awesome; I decided to go with the ultra wash with an upholstery deal to clean the seats. He was extremely nice and he made a great effort to make us feel welcome... And that's the end of anything positive. Thirty minutes later I got my car back. They managed to get one stain out. My car still had dirt on it, there were additional stains on the seats (they added) it was still dusty, they made no attempt to get anything significant off of the car. I scratched some of the grime off of my car with my thumb. They wrapped the driver's seat in plastic because the cloth was still wet. They didn't do the same on the passenger side, so my mom sat down into a soaked seat. They didn't put in the scent for the vents that was listed with the upholstery deal. Here's the ultimate one star review: I went up to the desk with my mom to tell them I couldn't find my receipt, they acted very upset until finally another woman came up and said, "Justin?" She didn't make eye contact with me. "Yes," I said. Talking to the other woman at the desk she said, "he couldn't find it because he left it in the car and he HASN'T paid." She said this then turned away. I know some of that may seem harmless, but the subtext there was that I wasn't going to pay... Standing there with my wallet in my hand. So other then my car getting a horrible wash, no attention to detail, no warning about the wet seats, I was treated like a potential criminal. Went to this full service car wash today I should've listened to the reviews. I went at 930am before it was hot it was 80° and unfortunately all of the workers were very lethargic. Any customers that were waiting while their cars were fully serviced vacuumed and wiped inside and out were very disappointed in the outcome of their clean cars. It looked like someone tried to speed vacuum my car and no one even wiped the dash or Radio area or doors there was still dust on the top of my dash and on my doors and my car was not even that dirty. I was very disappointed I really wanted to have my car fully serviced as this car wash claims that they do. Came home had to redo it all myself vacuumed and cleaned all of the inside of my car. A suggestion would be to have portable tarps up for the employees to be able to dry and clean the cars but again as I said it was early morning and not extremely hot yet. A few customers as well as myself watched employees dry our cars basically going over the bumper over and over and over while water spots were all over our car because our car air dried. I really never leave reviews so this is hard for me to say I will not be returning to this car wash. read more

Super frustrated today! Paid $15 for my car wash and vacuum - they took me out to my car and there was still crumbs, bits of grass and dirt on the carpet on the drivers side. I pointed this out to the girl and she took my car to be re-vacuumed. Came back with the majority of the stuff still there! I have black carpet, so it's pretty easy to see where you've missed. This has to be the worst carwash I have ever had! First off it's $25, and I knew this when I pulled up, and I was expecting a $25 dollar carwash. Nope, bugs still on the outside barely vacuumed. I took the car back around and asked to get it cleaned, one it was still dirty on the inside and bugs on the windshield. I asked if they even cleaned the inside and the girl said Oh you want the interior clean wash, and handed me a bill for $45. I was like NO I just want my $25 carwash I already paid for, not 45 more dollars for a shitty job. The manager came over and said they would re wash it but they dont wipe down the interior and dont pick-up anything or throw anything away that the vacuum wont pick up. I mean I picked up wrappers from the side pocket, by the way it looked I dont think the vacuum was even on. They caused damage to my car and when I complained and asked for the manager, he mocked me, he seriously laughed in my face as if he was trying to get me mad. Then one of his friends right by the cash register told me to "shut up and leave", so the assistant manager shook the guys hand and they laughed about it as well. So here I am my nice luxury car has lost value and It's as if they don't even care. I called the owner and he said he would handle it, but the manager is still there. These guys did a really bad job . I had to have them vacuum it twice because when I lifted up the rugs there was stuff under there that they had not vacuumed. Nor of the windows were clean. They were cleaned in the middle and still had dirty and grime around all for edges. And the dashboard had spray splashes all over where they had not wiped it down. It was a half@ss job. I would definitely think twice before I paid $40 for this detail again. It honestly looked almost exactly the same when they were done as before they started. Just do it yourself... If you took ten minutes to clean it, you'd do a better job than these people. read more

had a full detail on my truck today, worst ever. It would have looked better if I'd taken it to J's Hand Wash in Garden City. The ONE thing, ONE I asked to be taken care of was a blemish that I'm quite sure could have been buffed out and it was still there in all it's glory-magnified only because it was clean AROUND it. For a full detail I'd expect the windows to be clean, it doesn't appear that they even cleaned the back window, it rolls down completely and it's water spotted at the bottom, the driver's side mirror is completely smeared obviously wiped down with a dirty rag and spotted, smudgy finger prints on 2 of 4 doors, wax or something on the driver's side flooring/carpet. This was especially noticeable since the floor mats were not replaced but rather thrown in and left in the bed of my truck. The inside was decent, I suppose you have to aspire to something, decent is all they can handle. It was at least wiped down, seats looked clean. That's about the only good thing I can say. Spend $15 and go to J's. Never again! read more

They spent a lot of time on the interior and it showed. I could not find anything that had not been cleaned from the front area to the trunk. If i had to only use one word to describe my experience it would be disapointing. Scheduled my car to be detailed almost a week in advance and they said if i brought it in at 8 it would be the first car to be detailed. My car ended up not even getting looked at until after noon. When i asked the lady at the cash register if she knew if they'd finished up my car she replied rather rudely that she had no idea and that i needed to speak to the people in the detail shop. Long story short the took forever so i had to reschedule twice and when i got my car back it wasn't nearly as clean as i'd hoped. Especially since it was almost a 100$ to get it detailed. Honestly, i could have done a better job for a third of the price and half the time and none of the hastle. Would not recommend taking your car here if you value your time and your money. read more

Last time I use this company. I spent $22.95 on a car wash and expected a lot better. I had paid the extra to get a better wash and shine along with the tires shined. I have spots all over the truck and the tire shine was very hit and miss on the tires. More dirt was showing on the side of the tire than shine. I get a better wash from Costco for 7.99.
