I filed a claim and was told that I would hear back from them on Sunday or Monday. The manager didn't call me until Friday. They denied the claim that I filled out with them on July 25th because my car is to old (it's a 2016). I said they should still be cover it regardless of its age because they are responsible because their equipment scratched my car. He then told me that they could still decline the claim because technically they are in a construction zone around them and they could say that is what caused it. The way that this situation was handled was completely unacceptable! And on top of that, their vacuum's have no suction and you are not able to vacuum up anything with them.

Seemed a bit much. And although I had an appointment they had to keep car overnight as they were "extremely busy". Not a big deal for me but could be for some. Shouldn't appts take priority ? When I arrived there is no clear point of contact. Finally left my keys with one of the guys and hoped it would get in on time. Great seating area and clean restrooms. Other than coffee, seemed sodas and waters were at a cost. Paying $395 for detailing you think more comp items would be available. Overall detailing looks great. Missed vacuuming out center console. Can't find a detail of what was actually done for that price (and a tip on top of that). In the end I'm not walking away feeling like I got a great deal but it got the job done for a chuck of change.

My truck and RV came out dirty then when I pulled in. The 2 young guys who were there barely brushed it. The whole time we were in there there was a very strong odor of sewage and we had to turn the air off to stop gagging. I'm guessing that the water had dirty sewage in it and it was left all over my rig. Disgusting. Don't live very far from them and didn't go through a dirt pile to get home. I have used them before and was very happy with the job that was done. I'm have been trying to reach them for a full refund and have not been able to speak with anyone. I will NEVER use them again and would not recommend them.

Ok so months and months ago I went to Metro and typed out a very long review....I just deleted that…read moreone and starting this one lol. Just didn't feel like that last one was...right. I mean, what I said about this place and the staff was what I wanted to say, but yeah, something was off with the review. I know as I write if I'm gonna love what I've written or if I'll write one and then put in drafts. I'm weird, I know lol. Few weeks ago, the roommate and I went back here for an oil change. Sooo now I can write a review, a more updated one even if I say things very similar to my first review that I just deleted lol. Jake and Tyler run this place and they're fn amazing. Jake, as long as we have been going to him as always gone above and beyond to make you happy. The guy is amazing. Tyler, if I remember correctly, came along later (when they worked at Einstein's) and happy he did come along and happy he is now at Metro after Vavoline bought Einstein's...which was a shame because Vavoline sucks...that's for another review that I'll never do because I'll never go there lol. Metro is literally 30 mins from my house. So that aspect...well, it sucks lol. Have an old truck and during the summer it doesn't do too well with the heat. We still drive over to Metro regardless tho because we know we will get amazing service from an incredible staff of guys who know what they are doing and who actually really enjoy what they are doing. You go, you'll see what I'm talking about. The drive to Metro is totally worth it, it would be cool tho if they open a shop in Boise tho (wink, wink lol. I'd use the emoji instead of the creepy "wink" word, but Yelp doesn't allow emojis lol) One saying I've always heard in commercials and whatnot and have always thought "what a line of bullshit" hahaha is "we treat you like family" Metro, I don't think uses that cringe line, but they actually do treat you like family or like y'all have been friends for years. Yeah we have known Jake for awhile, but I have seen him interact with others and he is just as incredible and friendly with them as he is with us, as is the rest of the staff. Jake keeps us coming back tho. Great guy, service is always on point and prices here are perfect. They don't overcharge you or try to guilt you into buying something you DON'T need like so many of these places do. So even though they may not be 3 mins from my house like they used to be, the drive to Meridian to get the help/service from them is worth it. Jake and Tyler are the best. So happy Jake was able to get his own shop, he deserves it. I won't make this too long, so I guess ima end it there. I'm afraid if I go any longer, Yelp will cut me off. They always have a subtle way of telling me to "stfu already" hahahaha because my reviews tend to be a tad longer than most...I mean, why write a short one? Chris has been in business since Garden City was a little seedier. They are OG Idaho residents. I called, asked for a quote for the interior of my car and I got a quick response. I booked it for 10 days down the road and took it in. My 4Runner headliner was A MESS from dust, water and who knows what being sucked in through the back window. Headliner looks great, carpet restored to new, vinyl looks amazing, and the tired leather has it's original luster. Go see Chris and his team, they did a fantastic job. He even offered me a ride home when I thought I'd have to use Uber, so I added a little "thank you" to his fee.

I had a situation where my parents were stuck at the Boise VA with a dead battery in their RV. The…read moreVA security guys came out with a battery charger but couldn't charge the battery. They told my parents it was dead and needed to be replaced. I gave Advanced a call and Jay went to the VA to check out the situation before buying a new battery. He was able to jump start their vehicle. What a relief! My parents didn't have to buy a new battery and pay for the install. Jay is one of the good guys! He could have just bought the battery, installed it and then gone on his merry way. But no. He didn't want folks to have to shell out that money if they didn't have to. My dad said that Jay even thanked my father for his service. As a Vietnam Era Vet, that means a whole helluva lot to my dad. Jay was the silver lining to a very difficult day my parents were having at the VA and I can't even tell you how relieved and grateful they were. This is an honest business and I highly recommend them!
