When the first moving company I hired failed to confirm their services 48 hours before the move date I was forced to call around to find another company who could do the job on short notice. Well Move You 4 Less stepped up and they even showed up 30 minutes early. Which I appreciated because I wasn't forced to wait around. However, I can't honestly say that all of my belongings made it to my new place in one piece. Some items were damaged and because of that I cannot, in good conscience, leave them 5 stars. Steve knew exactly what he was doing and asked all the pertinent questions. His quote was fair and extremely accurate. Before the scheduled move we were able to move quite a few small boxes and items ourselves as we had access to the new home. Steve was happy to adjust the quote (through FaceTime again) and it was astonishingly accurate. The crew was fantastic! Adan was the crew leader and all the men were very proficient in packing, moving and communicating with us throughout the day. They were all friendly and very accommodating to how we wanted things placed in the new home. Also, Brenda in the office was quite helpful with scheduling the move, explaining the billing, and answering any questions we had. Cannot say enough good things about this company. As I said, we've been burned by other companies so I was relieved to have such a pleasant experience with Prager.

My moving company contracted 3 movers out from TTG Movers to pack up our things. They packed well…read more However, we told them that there were items that they should NOT pack up and that we were taking in the car (valuables and our suitcases). We got the movers waters throughout the day and tipped them well towards the end. We left when they had packed everything but our bed as it was getting late and they were almost done. We put our valuables away in our bathrooms and shut the doors. When we arrived back a couple hours later, they team was fine. All of our items had been rummaged through. I am now missing 2 diamond rings from my jewelry box, an heirloom gold necklace from my grandmother, Beats headphones, cash, and Visa Gift Cards. We have filed a police report, but we all know how long that takes in Chicago. I do not recommend or advise using this company as we had meaningful and valuable items missing.
