We have had several bad experiences with Vilma. For example, she told us that our dog had flies. We took the dog to the veterinarian to confirm this and we were told that what Vilma thought were flies was actually dirt. Vilma is not at all a pleasant individual reflected by the fact that she gets VERY annoyed when you ask her in advance for her price for grooming. We have been bringing our dog there for about a year now. In the beginning our dog looked amazing. But the last two times were pretty bad. Some spots on my dog were not even touched. The cut was extremely uneven. My dog is a shitzu mix and she took all the hair off her ears and made her look like a terrier. She left clumps of hair on her chest and her paws. Her face was totally uneven. We asked you to cut the hair in her ears. You left a ton of hair in her ears. You didnt even cut the hair or groom her tail. Im sorry once is problem but twice in a row is a lost customer. You had my dog for almost 6 hours and it looked like you rushed the job. Dont waste your money or time. read more

What's more, Velma made food recommendations, and schedule recommendations on when to cut. She is the only person we take Layla to and we couldn't be happier. This woman was highly unprofessional and rude. She had a bunch of dogs loose and running around and it was total chaos. One dog seemed super aggressive so that made the whole situation worse and unsafe. She ignored me when i tried to speak to her and then when she finally responded she dismissed what i had to say and continued on with what she was doing. That is no way to run a business.
