Took care of exactly what we asked for, took time upon pick up to have us look at her work & share if anything was missed which I appreciated given it was her first time grooming Olive. They also had the groom done in a short amount of time from when I dropped off which is always appreciated when you don't have to wait 5-6 hours to pick your dog back up. On the slightly more expensive side from other groomers I've used but worth it based on the work, friendliness & level of service! We also gave her Trazodone to help ensure she would be calm and relaxed for the grooming. I took time off from work to be home for the appointment, only to receive an email about 30 minutes beforehand stating there would be an additional $100 "handling fee." I never saw the email in time, and no one called or texted to discuss it. Instead, no one showed up for the appointment. The complete lack of communication, professionalism, and consideration for my time was extremely disappointing. After confirming the price, preparing our pet, and taking time off from work, I expected much better customer service.
