It's just 2 blocks to front street park and easy to get around. Everything in the unit was just as described. The downside, you can hear other guests from your room. It's not so bad that you can make out what they are saying but it's enough that if they are up early or not respecting quite hours it will bother you. They have done a few things to help with this like providing a sleeve to place at the bottom of your door to help with noise going both in and out of the room. We were also really hot at night even though we visited over Thanksgiving and the weather was cold. This could have been from others using their heat as we never turned ours on. There is on site parking for one car per unit and you are able to park 2 hours before and 2 hours post checkout so you can walk around town. All and all this was a good spot to stay and the price was right.

We visit as often as we can, so it meant a lot to our family when our son and daughter-in-law chose to get married near Lake Chelan. They found Harmony Meadows, and the venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The setting was exactly what they envisioned for their wedding day. Unfortunately, our experience with the owner, Jacqueline, was extremely disappointing. As the mother of the groom, I didn't have much direct interaction with her leading up to the wedding, but I witnessed and heard enough during the wedding weekend to be concerned. The bride, the bride's mother, and several bridesmaids were treated rudely both the day before and the day of the wedding. Rather than helping create a positive, memorable experience, there were unnecessary confrontations and comments that added stress to what should have been a joyful occasion. She spoke negatively about other weddings at the location and also spoke unkindly about our son and daughter in law's wedding before it even happened. She ended up storming off before the wedding happened so didn't see her the rest of the time. She made it more about herself than what it was meant to be. The cottages also presented problems. My sister and sister-in-law stayed in one of the units, and around 1:00 a.m. on the first night, the fire/carbon monoxide alarm began sounding. They texted the emergency contact number but received no response. After calling, someone eventually came and moved them upstairs, but they were never told what caused the alarm. While getting ready for the wedding, my daughter used the hair dryer in our cottage. It was already damaged when she first unfolded it, the handle was loose and flopped while in use. I immediately requested a replacement. Despite explaining that it was already broken, we were later charged $50 for that hair dryer. Jacqueline ultimately agreed to remove that charge after I contacted her. After the wedding, the mother of the bride received notice that several deductions would be taken from the security deposit. These included another $50 charge for a hair dryer in my sister's room that they never used. We were told it had been "broken in half," but no photos or proof of damage were provided. They were also charged $40 per furniture item--$160 total--for moving beds slightly to make room for a baby's crib, despite no evidence that the furniture had been damaged. Additional charges included "excessive food" on a tablecloth and rental fees for two DJ tables that were never used. We have photos and video from the reception showing the DJ did not use those tables. The venue itself is stunning, but customer service is just as important as the location, especially for weddings. Couples invest a significant amount of money and trust in a venue to help make one of the most important days of their lives special. Sadly, our experience left us feeling disappointed and frustrated. Harmony Meadows has tremendous potential, but based on our experience, the customer service, especially Jacqueline did not reflect the level of professionalism we expected.

We stayed around after tennis for a little lunch and ate outside in the sun on the patio. Good service and quality food, although our server confessed we were her first table ever. She did great. The owners daughter has her little kids unsupervised, running around the property bothering guests. I truly believe this is a concern that will be brought to somebody's attention. The kids seem neglected, Especially since it's located right by the water where they could get themselves into trouble. Upon arrival, me and my spouse went to check in to our "cabin" but we were met with a swarm of wasps right by the front door! Trash cans overflowing, unhelpful employees, kids already bothering us, pool was so dirty.  I asked for assistance with the television in my room and was told somebody would be right there to help me but nobody ever showed up. I am confident me and my partner made the right choice by never going there again.  I would not recommend Kelly's Resort.

Recently we made an online…read morereservation via their site for a Saturday night stay so we could attend a relative's wedding nearby. Roughly a week later they unceremoniously cancelled our reservation and issued a refund. They informed me that summer weekends required a 2 night stay despite there being no mention in the room description nor any such limitation during checkout. We received an email that there was an issue with their recent website update that my "reservation slipped through". OK, but how is that my fault? They didn't even bother to contact me to ask if I wanted to book Friday as well (which I didn't). I can't vouch for the place itself as we'll never book a hotel that we can't depend on to follow through with their bookings.

The RV resort feels tucked away in the forest, giving it a cozy and secluded vibe. The sites have water and electric hookups (no sewer), and the bathrooms and showers were spotless. Showers operate with quarters, while the restrooms are free. The restaurant was a great bonus and really added to the stay. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with hearty portions and delicious food. We loved that they also host weekly specials and events like free Bingo on Mondays, Taco Tuesday, Prime Rib Friday, and live music on Saturdays. Out back there is a spacious yard with picnic tables, yard games, and a stage for music, which makes it feel like a little community hub. There is also a gas station and convenience store next door, which came in handy for basics and propane tank refills. The location itself is perfect. It is only about 15 minutes to downtown Leavenworth's Bavarian village and very close to Lake Wenatchee State Park for outdoor adventures. A big shoutout to Vito, the host, who is very hands-on and attentive, especially in the restaurant. You can tell he takes pride in making sure guests are well taken care of. Prices were very reasonable for both the RV sites and the restaurant. The only thing I would suggest is adding a fenced-in dog run, but there are trails on the property where you can walk your dog, so it was not a big issue. Overall, this is a great spot if you want a peaceful RV stay with excellent food, fun activities, and close access to both Leavenworth and Lake Wenatchee. Highly recommend!
