We decided to stay here after agreeing to be in a wedding that was taking place at the event center here. I was shocked that none of the wedding party chose to book lodging here when the wedding was here, because this place was so much nicer than the big hotels down in town. Regardless, we had our pick of the place, and chose the king bed room called Songbird as far from the event center as possible in case the festivities went late and we wanted to crash. Finding the event center was a disaster. We took a lot longer to get up from Oregon to Manson, and by the time we got up to the lake, it was already dark. Thankfully they had us in contact with them via their text concierge line, and helped us when we got turned around, and we finally arrived. We were greeted warmly by the young lady staffing the center, and she showed us to our room. Even though it was pitch black outside, we were able to get a general feel for the property, and it was lovely. The room was immaculately designed, had a fresh and newly built smell, and we were super pleased with the quality of the amenities. The bed was super comfy, all the linens and towels were Matouk, which we love, and the space was warm and inviting. It felt like we were staying at a spa, and the only thing missing was an in-room massage. Despite it being the start of winter, our room was perfectly climate controlled and didn't leave us feeling dried up like some hotels do with in-room ac/heat. The shower was luxurious with really nice in-shower bath products, but I absolutely LOVED their bathrobes, which were ultra-plush lined, super warm, and very cozy. I wanted to take one home with me but I resisted! I did text them after our stay was over because I definitely want to order the towels from our room- they were beyond excellent. What a find. The next day, when it was fully light outside, we took a little walk around the property, and a drive around the city. It was so nice to be away from all the goings on in town, and felt like a little getaway during our getaway. The wedding was over the weekend, and the staff did an amazing job rolling with quite a mishmash of characters at the wedding during covid. We met the owner Jacqueline and her sweet pups at one point during rehearsal before the wedding, and she was so sweet and genuine, I know why this place is such a gem. Overall, I was really impressed and delighted with our stay here, and the venue was perfect for the event as well. If I were to be in the area again, even if it wasn't for an event at this location, I would definitely go out of my way to stay at Harmony Meadows again. I have loved Manson my entire life. My dad was born and raised there, we spent a lot of time there growing up, and we still have family there. We visit as often as we can, so it meant a lot to our family when our son and daughter-in-law chose to get married near Lake Chelan. They found Harmony Meadows, and the venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The setting was exactly what they envisioned for their wedding day. Unfortunately, our experience with the owner, Jacqueline, was extremely disappointing. As the mother of the groom, I didn't have much direct interaction with her leading up to the wedding, but I witnessed and heard enough during the wedding weekend to be concerned. The bride, the bride's mother, and several bridesmaids were treated rudely both the day before and the day of the wedding. Rather than helping create a positive, memorable experience, there were unnecessary confrontations and comments that added stress to what should have been a joyful occasion. She spoke negatively about other weddings at the location and also spoke unkindly about our son and daughter in law's wedding before it even happened. She ended up storming off before the wedding happened so didn't see her the rest of the time. She made it more about herself than what it was meant to be. The cottages also presented problems. My sister and sister-in-law stayed in one of the units, and around 1:00 a.m. on the first night, the fire/carbon monoxide alarm began sounding. They texted the emergency contact number but received no response. After calling, someone eventually came and moved them upstairs, but they were never told what caused the alarm. While getting ready for the wedding, my daughter used the hair dryer in our cottage. It was already damaged when she first unfolded it, the handle was loose and flopped while in use. I immediately requested a replacement. Despite explaining that it was already broken, we were later charged $50 for that hair dryer. Jacqueline ultimately agreed to remove that charge after I contacted her. After the wedding, the mother of the bride received notice that several deductions would be taken from the security deposit. These included another $50 charge for a hair dryer in my sister's room that they never used. We were told it had been "broken in half," but no photos or proof of damage were provided. They were also charged $40 per furniture item--$160 total--for moving beds slightly to make room for a baby's crib, despite no evidence that the furniture had been damaged. Additional charges included "excessive food" on a tablecloth and rental fees for two DJ tables that were never used. We have photos and video from the reception showing the DJ did not use those tables. The venue itself is stunning, but customer service is just as important as the location, especially for weddings. Couples invest a significant amount of money and trust in a venue to help make one of the most important days of their lives special. Sadly, our experience left us feeling disappointed and frustrated. Harmony Meadows has tremendous potential, but based on our experience, the customer service, especially Jacqueline did not reflect the level of professionalism we expected. read more

We organized a tennis outing at Harmony meadows and had the place mostly to ourselves on a weekday morning. It's a beautiful property with events center and wedding venue. We stayed around after tennis for a little lunch and ate outside in the sun on the patio. Good service and quality food, although our server confessed we were her first table ever. She did great. Horrible stay. Doors off the master bedroom kept blowing open in the night, installed incorrectly. Three times a night Friday night and Saturday night and Sunday they said they were fixed but they were not so they blew open on Sunday night as well. We got no sleep for three days in a row. Not told that 10 people would join us for breakfast in our house that we had rented since that was the "common area". A woman walked in at 8:30 pm while my dog and I were watching TV. She's lucky she didn't lose a part of her hip. My Shar-Pei is very protective. Owners wife was rude and very unprofessional. When I tried to explain to her my concerns she huffed off and wouldn't listen. My son was considering this as a wedding venue. Absolutely not now. That would be miserable. Nothing "harmonious" about this place. $3000 for three nights and no coffee in the morning. Would definitely not recommend. read more

I have been over to Harmony Meadows twice now and was blown away both times. It is an absolutely stunning picture-perfect venue with exceptional service. As you walk around the property, you can tell the owners have put a lot of love and thought into the details to help their guests create their own special memories. Harmony Meadows has a lot to offer: the well appointed bridal cottage, hay loft sleeping quarters with cool barn doors, the Love All Cafe (try their amazing gelato or grab a picnic basket and enjoy the outdoors), an open event space (indoors and out), lawn games near the gazebo and a winery. They also have concerts and special dinners. There are so many things to love about this place. I would be remiss if I didn't tell you about their exceptional tennis courts. There are 8 outdoor courts and 2 pickle ball courts. I played on the tennis courts and they are the nicest I have ever played on. My fiancé and I were excited to have an intimate wedding for two. We had an unlimited budget and we met with Jacqueline and Jeremy. We had a date set and were ready to move forward with the process. I'm not a particular type of bride and left everything in the hands of Jacqueline who promised us a beautiful ceremony. After a few texts back and forth and ONE change that I had with the plans she backed out saying they wouldn't make enough money. She had never even asked us what our budget was, assuming we wanted something on the cheap. If they would have given us a minimum (like most venues request) we would have been more than happy to fulfill it. I wouldn't recommend this as a venue. Unless you're Miss Washington who wants a wedding for 300 hundred guests in 2 weeks with a 50,000 dollar budget. They do "favors" for people. A hidden Jewell; We joined HM tennis club last year. This year we have had the pleasure of truly experiencing many of the different experiences they offer. The facility is pristine in its beauty. The tennis and pickle bar courts are the highest quality we have ever played on. We have enjoyed a glass of wine after a Friday mixer and met lots of new fun people. Jacquelyn and Jeremy are always the most welcoming hosts and their staff, all the boys, Ryan and Ana are friendly and helpful. Lunch at harmony is an experience of farm to table quality dishes, all of them creative and beautifully presented. We had a birthday party for 45 guests that included a full bar, appetizers and a gourmet salmon and artichoke risotto dinner. Tyler the chef has a creative flair with attention to every detail. We just finished attending a 3 day Nike tennis camp that was outstanding. We also attended their evening concert in the meadow that offered delicious light dinners that were packed with flavor. My friends and I stopped by for lunch and a glass of wine. The location and atmosphere was so relaxing and beautiful that we ended up staying for a few bottles of wine and rounds of corn hole! The food was really delicious, including the fabulous gelato. The owner was very welcoming and friendly, as were her three insanely adorable dogs. We all wished we played more tennis and/or had kids old enough to get married so we'd have an excuse to go back very regularly. I highly recommend stopping here for a leisurely breakfast or lunch if you're in Chelan and need a break from the lake. read more

Harmony Meadows is such a great getaway destination. The setting is so peaceful--rolling hills filled with cherry and apple orchards, mountain peaks, and beautiful lakes. I don't know what it is, but it's just calming to be out there. The tennis courts are AMAZING. (They have some sort of padding in them) The Hayloft Suite is EXTRAORDINARILY COOL. It's a barn-type loft with 15' ceilings with a little kitchen area, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms--all beautifully done and new. There's a little Cafe that has Italy-worthy Gelato and Espresso. Great sandwiches and salads. If you're out exploring Manson--it's a great place to stop. Overall, the place feels like a blend of Amangani Resorts with a dash of Four Seasons combined with a beautiful Lake Chelan setting. PS: We hiked 4th of July Mountain. My husband and I had an amazing stay at the Inn, 4 glorious nights pampered by their delightful staff while soaking up the beauty of the location. We took part of several tennis clinics, met wonderful people and took away some new skills from coach Tom. While this was a beautiful wedding setting, the main building lacks acoustic ceiling tiles and the noise from guests' conversation at a wedding attended by 150 family and friends was deafening. There is a lack of planning for outdoor seating for 150 people. While there is ample room, event planner at this establishment just did not think through this size of a crowd. It was over 100 degrees and to escape to an air conditioned building, you had to endure the most deafening noise due to lack of proper ceiling barrier. The staff did not adequately provide water, which was in dispensers, throughout the event during a day that was over 100. At a six hour event, we most likely stood a minimum of four hours due to lack of seating outside. This could be a great venue with a more experienced on-site event planner. read more

This place is an undiscovered gem. Located a few miles outside of Manson in the Four Lakes region, it is a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of the "big lake." Tucked among the orchards, it serves as a stunning wedding and event venue as well as a desirable destination for hardcore tennis buffs. And, it might be be the only place in the Manson area selling gelato. And, for tennis players, the pristine LayKold courts are the finest on the west coast. Court times early in the morning or at dusk are spectacular. But, if you are simply looking for a great place to relax, enjoy a gelato treat, have a coffee drink or an artisan beer or a highly reviewed glass of wine at the on-site brewery, the short scenic drive is well worth it. The grounds are spectacular and if someone is available to give you a tour of the bridal cottage and hay-loft, you are in for an Architectural Digest quality treat. The thoughtful and elegant design and furnishings will be absolutely inspirational. Places like this shouldn't exist a mere 3 hours from Seattle. It is all world gorgeous. We stayed in the "Loft" room. It's so cool. Above a barn with 2 bedrooms, two full baths, living, dining and a kitchen. Italian toiletries. Very Four Seasons like. We stopped by the coffee shop where the barista, Anna greeted us with warmth and incredible hospitality. She gave us a detailed explanation of everything harmony meadows has to offer. Including a wine room, tennis courts (lessons taught by a top notch tennis pro), summer concerts, and of course a stunning venue for weddings. A few minutes into our conversation, I informed her we were hoping to take a look around for a casual venue tour. Anna was so helpful and took us around and thoroughly explained the different options they had for weddings and graciously answered our questions. I left so impressed by her hospitality! We just recently stayed for an adult tennis clinic/weekend. (We stayed with another family in the Cottage house) Lovely and sprawling property with easy and quick access to cute shops and restaurants of Manson. Cottage accommodations was spacious, clean, well designed and beautifully furnished. Tennis courts were perfect and local Harmony Meadows pro, Grant Maddox is top notch. We spent time on drills as well as match play. He provided custom tips and pointers in small bite size pieces that each of us could focus on. It felt like he took the time to get to know us and our game, strengths and opportunities. Jacquelyn and Jeremy took care of their guests with 5 star care from hands on meals to social wine hours and on court smoothie breaks to cold towels. They offered local wine tours and even waterslide options for our kids. We enjoyed our stay immensely and already looking to plan another future weekend with more couples. read more

We went to Lake Chelan area for some relaxation and discovered an incredible tennis facility. The court surface is one you will find as very consistent and forgiving on the knees and body... check it out as it is the same surface the US Open is using as of 2020!! The staff was very accommodating, bringing blankets out when we were cold or water and other nice amenities. I can't stress enough how great the courts were and the people. read more

My husband and I enjoyed fabulous tennis instruction and a pickle ball clinic at this beautiful resort. What beautiful amenities and fantastic service! Their Cafe serves delicious and healthy meals. We recently attended tennis camp at Harmony Meadows and had the best time! From the serene setting with a stunning backdrop, fabulous food and first class cushioned courts, I was in heaven. Being there, I was reminded of The Mission Ranch in Carmel, CA... just missing Clint and the sheep. We stayed in the Hayloft Suite and we were very comfortable. It slept 8 of us well and the views from the windows were picturesque. What a treat it was to stay on site. The owners were so friendly and eager to go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. They even brought cold mint infused towels and yummy smoothies out to the courts for a refreshing treat. They have thought through every detail and have created something very special. BEST of all, was the tennis. Grant and his assistant Larry were both amazing teachers. They were not only talented athletes, but bright and well spoken young men. My experience at Harmony Meadows was like a dream... a very good dream. I can't wait to go back. read more
