The next day it took them 5 hours to diagnose. Then they gave me an estimate for $5600 to replace the oil pump. I complained about the price and their labor rate of $146/hr and they refused any negotiation. THEY KNEW THEY HAD ME! I had no choice but to say fix it. When I went to pick it up the final bill was $500 more than the quote and they said that the tax was not included. The shop manager had quoted me $2800 verbally and the owner said I had no business asking him for the estimate and it did not count. THIS PLACE IS A HUGE RIP OFF AND THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!

He fixed a vacum leak on my car and then also turned around and got all my spark plugs and coil packs changed out in a decent amount of time and for a great price.
